Nice location, nice hotel
It is a very nice hotel I'd ever stayed in Paris, clean, hotel counter guys were very kind. Really good location, a few step you could reach the metro station, and 10-15 mins by walk to Loueve palace, beside the Saina Riva, nic,perfect.

Excellent location, with only 5-7 minutes walk from rue de bac metro station. The hotel is just next to the supermarket, which is great if u want to buy some groceries. Clean and tidy. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Helpful staff from front desk. Pleasant experience in overall.

位置很好,服务也不错
出门直走过桥就是卢浮宫,非常方便,往后方走2分钟也是地铁站Rue de bac,地铁站旁边有取款机邮局中餐馆,这点比较喜欢。酒店服务不错,前台英语交流方便。和其他国家的五星比起来房间有点小了,我的箱子摊开来走路都不方便了。早餐略贵了。

We only stayed at this hotel for one night and had asked for early check in which wasn’t possible. They told us our room would be ready by 3 and they would let us know. We continued to wait in the lobby. My husband finally asked them around 3:45pm if the room was ready, to which they replied “oh yes, it’s been ready but we forgot to tell you”. That was super frustrating for us since we traveled that morning and had plans to see museums later in the day, which did not work out. The staff did make it up with two free cocktails at the bar and an hour added to the check out. Otherwise, the room was clean although small and had basic amenities. We called to ask for an iron and board and it was promptly delivered. No extra US outlets or USB plug ins were available, just fyi for fellow travelers. There were nearby restaurants and the Louvre was a 10-15 min walk from the properly. Overall, everyone was kind and helpful, but the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped.

We had a very short stay(2 nights), we had a welcome fruit basket and candies.. The Hotel is a nice old building. We had a room with a view of The Eiffel Tower.. very nice. I would recommend this hotel.Our only probem was the "climate control" in the room. We put on "snowflake"but ot still blew hot air, granted it is April and not that hot yet, but it would be nice to cool down after walking around the city all day and difficult to sleep in stagnant air.. We opened the window, but the bugs came in. Our last night, we asked for a fan.

No sleep due to noise (buzzing from air conditioning unit which I had to turn off and open windows). Very small room, did not feel like it was anything like in pictures. Very costly considering couldn’t even have a good rest.

The only thing that could improve would be the shower. It had a shower wand and not a fixed shower head. For a tub bath it would have been an excellent.

I would not recommend this hotel and i will never go back there. Dirty, poor quality and expensive breakfast with unfriendly staffs, except Victoria at thd front desk. The guy for night shift, left the phone on busy mode so he did not reply to calls, but he was sleeping at thd back while working. Very old fashioned hotel, not feeling comfortable to take bath, smelly bed sheets. I dont understand why this hotel is 5 stars? I barely give it one star. It is very formal, unfriendly environment. I did not like it, i did not enjoy my time over there, and i never recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel in a perfect location. While I wish our room were bigger, it didn’t impact our stay. The rooms are nicely appointed, it’s very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the convenience of being in this part of town made a huge difference on our overall stay. I would definitely recommend the property and would almost likely return.

The Hotel is beautiful and provides its guests with an intimate and elegant ambiance. Service was very good and the staff is young and friendly. Restaurant is very good and will get better. Wonderful small hotel with a literary vibe. Rooms in floors 5-7 have a partial view of Eiffel Tower. Small rooms that could benefit from a better design of the bathrooms to avoid water spilling out of tub. Great neighborhood.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were fantastic and friendly, the room had pretty much everything we needed and they replenished and cleaned twice daily. The elevators were good, the main negative was that the view was not as advertised. We paid for an Eiffel Tower view room and to get the view of the Eiffel Tower we had to climb out onto this tiny balcony and look to the left and see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The step up to the balcony was very high and difficult to climb over and climb back in. The other negative was the bathtub, very high to step over and into as it was a soaking tub that was built up, there should have been a grab bar to assist due to the slip hazard as the shower sprayed everywhere as there was a half glass wall on the back side which didn't stop the water from the shower splashing all over the place.
