Lovely modern hotel. Reasonably spacious room. We stayed in a superior room. Comfy king size bed. Windows that actually open! A rarity in hotels these days. There’s a big, light welcoming reception area leading directly to the bar which serves a lovely pint of 1664 blond. The pool area was great with nice little touches like the jacuzzi area. Although very busy and crowded when we went on the Saturday evening. It was much quieter when we went back on the Monday after check out. The arcade kept the kids entertained on an evening while we relaxed with a drink in the bar. Very much needed after a busy day in the Disney parks! We ate in the restaurant on our first night and to be honest the food was just ok which was a shame as we would have eaten there again if the quality had been better particularly for the price. Same could be said for the breakfast. Ok selection. kids were disappointed on the first two mornings as no crepes/pancakes. However pancakes were available on our last morning so at least they got a decent breakfast one day. Shuttle bus to Disney was a definite bonus. Only took 15 minutes. We did miss the shuttle bus back on our first day due to our poor time management and didn’t want to wait almost 2 hours for the next one so jumped in a taxi. We did try to barter unsuccessfully the €25 that we were quoted feeling that it was overpriced given that the taxis route to the hotel was much shorter route than the shuttle bus taking just 5 minutes to get to the hotel.

The reception staff are fantastic and will always help and are very friendly. Rooms clean but lack of decor , concrete unpainted walls make it feel cold . Ipads to get in room difficult to use. Some female staff at bar very rude and just ignore you completely. Pool is lovely and it is a nice hotel but nothing at all around it .

Petit week-end en amoureux pour l’anniversaire de mon fiancé, nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel exprès pour pouvoir bénéficier du spa et de la piscine. Quel fut notre surprise lorsqu’arriver à l’accueil du spa, on nous annonce qu’il fallait réserver à l’avance et que ce n’était pas compris dans la formule de notre chambre. Pourtant à la réception de l’hôtel, on ne nous a pas informé qu’il fallait payer et réserver le spa. De plus, nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier de nos boissons gratuites, car la machine était hors service. Hormis ses petits désagréments, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et avec un lit confortable.

L’accueil a été excellent. L’hôtel, les chambres et le spa sont de très bonne qualité. L’établissement a un style “hôtel américain”, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. La literie est fantastique, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la mention “garanti sans punaises de lit”, très rassurante. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Attention : sur Expedia, le spa n’est pas inclus. L’accès coûte 20 € par personne. Cela dit, il est vraiment très bien : piscine propre, espace jacuzzi, buses de massage, bain d’eau glacée, sauna et hammam (bien chauds). L’accueil au spa a été très chaleureux, et les massages proposés en supplément sont très agréables. Le repas était excellent. Seul bémol : les desserts, légèrement en dessous du reste. Les cocktails sont bons, et les plats seuls sont proposés entre 21 € et 36 €. Le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix. Les jus sont bons, les machines à café proposent de nombreuses options, et les fruits ont beaucoup de goût. En revanche, le fromage, les œufs et le jambon étaient un peu moins savoureux. Il est possible d’acheter les billets pour Disney directement sur place. L’hôtel dispose également d’une petite salle d’arcade, appréciable. À noter également : le parking est à 15 € par jour et n’est pas inclus via Expedia.

La stanza era abbastanza confortevole, il tetto e i muri un po' deteriorati per un quattro stelle. From booking in staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms immaculate and very clean. Modern hotel. Pool was great and open until 10pm which is great after a day at the parks. Transport to the parks excellent always on time. All in all a grwat stay.

We arrived to a beautiful hotel, yes it seems to be in an industrial area, looks like they’ll be a lot of development around it but the hotel I really thought was outstanding. Staff are one of the friendliest I’ve come across. The pool area is beautiful, lots of jets, seating and super relaxing. The hotel said it was €20pp to use the sauna and steam area, this wouldn’t have been worth it as nice as it is. The room has a full kitchenette area, including dishwasher, coffee machine, some pods too. bathroom has a big waterfall shower - no bath in our room. The bathroom was small but adequate, towels, small amenities like shower cap. Hand wash and conditioner provided was lovely. Hairdryer, clothes steamer, safe in room, water machine on every floor. Bed was super comfy. We arrived to the restaurants 1 year opening party, although we were staying here for Disneyland I loved that there was an atmosphere each night in the bar area. Breakfast was plenty but more basic than the usual places. Still, there was enough to pick from, my friend is gluten free and they had bread/cereal etc. The bus times to Disney are clear but DO check them every day as they change, we had no issues going to and from the park as we planned accordingly. The hotel also provide a direct taxi to Val De Europe for €6. I think this property was outstanding for adults, children are welcome but having children myself I think the hotel is more geared towards adults. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
