The wall is unbelievable thin.
Very well location, a lot of resturant near by,and stuff were very nice and helpful. BUT the wall is unbelievably thin. I can actually hear very single word from my neighbors,in the begging I thought they were chatting in front of my door, but nah, they were in their room at whole time. And I can hear big noisy everytime when my neighbors showering or useing sink. I can even hear the sound when they peeing................, Oh did I mention that I woke up by noisy from housekeeping cleaning up the other room and non stop chatting every morning? Anyway if you are light sleeper, this hotel probably the worst idea for you.

巴黎令人難忘的惡劣住宿!
酒店雖然近地鐵站, 員工接待良好。但附近酒吧和戲院林立, 嘈音極嚴重, 加上街上車輛絡繹不段, 環境衛生又惡劣。根本不適合居住。這酒店的價格也很高昂, 一点也不能推薦给旅客。老實話, 我和太太住在這酒店4晚, 感覺住在路邊, 根本晚間不能安眠。

Rien à voir avec les photos du site, ce qui est inadmissible sur hotels.com La moquette de l'escalier est usée à un point inimaginable, la peinture est craquelée et un mur est en voie d'effondrement. Ergonomie et isolation phonique médiocres, aucun double vitrage et bruits des chambres d'à côté très présents Radiateur en surchauffe impossible à régler, humidité dans la salle de bains, condensation au niveau de la fenêtre, poussière jamais nettoyée au niveau de la porte Tous ces désagrements au prix d'un hotel 4 étoiles. Fortement déconseillé

The hotel/hostel is absolutely in unacceptable condition. The beds were very small and dirty. The cleaning crew just opened our door asking if we were finished after being there for ten minutes. It’s almost as if they knew it’s horrible.

Les prix sont très haut sur la période coupe du monde. Les photos ne reflète pas vraiment l’hôtel. C’est très vieux même si on a voulu le moderniser un peu . 172€ la nuit. . Pas de Clim, pas d’interrupteur ni de prises électrique à proximité du lit . Chambre sous les toits , il faisait très chaud et la rue est très passante pour dormir fenêtre ouverte . Les avantages : proximité metro république et petit dej au top dans la brasserie à côté de l’hôtel.

Terrible
Horrible. Need urgent maintenance. Rooms are overused, old and disgusting. Besides from that, I was locked in the rusty elevator until the lady in the reception heard me and manage to help me out of. She was nice and she did what she could. She was used to help people out of the lift so I guess it's quite common. Do not stay here unless you don't have other option

Not if you're a light sleeper/like sleep
It was So noisy - even though I had requested a quiet room. When I inquired again, they said they didn't have my kind of room in a quiet location - So solo travellers get the 'less than' rooms!? No a/c which doesn't bother me if there is a source of ..air.. but even with the window closed for sleeping - the humidity was very high - and it was still noisy - cars race the street..or something. Was there for 3 sleepless nights! - left exhausted.

Best Location at best price
For those who are looking to explore Paris and just need to crash at nights... It can be the best option. We stayed for 6 nights, room was well maintained. The guests we met in common places were decent. 24 hours helpdesk available and staff is very friendly and try to help their guest all possible ways. We needed our luggage to be kept for sometime after the check out, so management accepted our request and kept the luggage safely until we collect it. Pros: 1. Great location closer to Metro location. 2. Friendly staff 3. Good maintenance Cons: 1. Minimal Breakfast options: You will get same breakfast daily. Croissant/Pain de Chocolate, orange juice, plain baguette bread, jams-2, coffee. (not buffet) which is decent but we got bored having it daily. 2. Room key card deactivates: Once your room got serviced, your room key may lose access so again you have to go to helpdesk, reset the key card and try again. It is not complaint but if when you had exhaustive day and want to crash on bed but then this happen, you might feel bit dissappointed, especially when your room is in top floors. Tip: Before taking lift just make sure your room key has the access. Overall : Value for money, recommended

Frühstück ist im Restaurant was unter dem Hotel sich befindet. Leider ist es nur kein Buffet aber es hat trotzdem gut geschmeckt was man Serviert bekommen hat. Vor dem Hotel ist auch noch ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei was 24 Stunden auf hat. Bushaltestelle ist eine vor dem Hotel und der andere ist ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Metro Haltestellen ist auch 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer diese Variante nimmt sollte gleich mehrere Tickets kaufen da es auch für den Bus gilt und man kommt Günstiger.

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Vielleicht war das mal so aber es ist schon ziemlich runtergekommen. Wenn man sich allein schon die Treppen anschaut bekommt man das Gefühl als wäre man in einem Horrorfilm. Der Fahrstuhl ist die reinste Katastrophe mit dem möchte man eher nicht fahren. Unser Zimmer war viel kleiner als erwartet und das Bad war auch super winzig. Zudem riecht es irgendwie unangenehm im Bad. Das Bett hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht. Die Dusche hat keinen durchgehend laufenden Duschstrahl, man muss ständig einen Knopf drücken damit das Wasser wieder läuft. Das Bett wurde nicht jeden Tag frisch bezogen. Der Hotelbesitzer wirkt zwar im ersten Moment sehr freundlich aber man merkt schnell das es ihm nur ums Geld geht und die Gäste ihm egal sind. Die Dame am Empfang wiederum war sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung vom Hotel ist auch klasse, sehr zentral und das Restaurant unter dem Hotel war einfach super. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

I have never stayed in a hostel before, but I was very confortable with the decor and the friendlienss and efficiency of the staff. Except for the last couple of nights, it has been very 'tranquil' but I understand these establishments cater to groups and younger people sometimes and they want to enjoy the setting. I really appreciated the support because unfortunately I came into the hotel with an injury and subsequently developed a lengthy cold and even flu and everyone wanted to make sure that I was feeling ok health and moral wise. Thank you so much.
