staff said we are paid for NOTHING
First, the receptionists are rude. The staff was not helpful in arranging rooms. We said it would be better if three rooms can be on the same floor and not on the ground floor but the staff wasn't listening and busy on his own stuff, and soon he gave us 3 rooms on separate floors and claimed that it was our problem instead. He said they are fully booked. Then few minutes later, he said there are one on the fifth floor. He said he got no more rooms on upper floors and said we should request it at the moment we book the hotel, and not willing to change room later on if there's room available upstairs, or else we be charged for the cleaning fee of 23€. At last, we got one on the ground floor, one on first floor and one on the fifth floor. Second, when we finally got the room keys, we found there is no air conditioner but "air refresher". The room temperature keeps remaining 27C. Moreover, one of our three rooms have problem on electricity. The receptionist failed to send technician to help and he restarted the main button. But soon the all electricity was gone every five minutes, which was unacceptable to be stay for even one night. The receptionist asked us to come for checking every time the electricity broke down even at midnight. It is impossible for us to go in and out all night. Therefore, we asked for changing room, however, the staff rejected and claimed that the room was in normal condition the day before and said foul language at us.

Highly recommended for family and couples高度推荐
It is a very nice apartment hotel for family and couples. We have 4 people, and the room could change into 2 single room when you need. During the daytime, it is one room for everybody. Clean and everything for cooking in the kitchen. Location is not in the center of Paris, however, you could enjoy the clean, quiet and nice surroundings and 3 supermarkets, cake shops. Moreover, it is have a metro entrance nearby. So it is easy to go to the center and tourism spot. I will back to it if I back to pairs. 这个家庭式公寓酒店非常适合家庭或者夫妻，酒店设施齐全，有无线网络，厨具都很全，干净整洁。最好的是，房间可以拉开门板后隔成2个单独的房间，因此夫妻带父母出游的人，晚上可以有自己的私密空间，甚至可以隔绝打鼾的爸爸。附近的地铁站很近，超市也较多，还有很好的面包店，当然你需要步行8分钟，不要去出巷子口左拐的华人超市，价格很贵。地铁很方便，所以在巴黎，没有必要住在市中心，这里的性价比很高。

Worst hotel in France.
I made a terrible mistake in booking this hotel. Terrible customer service felt more like a third-world country hotel than in France. They don't care about you let alone try to help you. Night shift guy WSAM or whatever his name is hung up the phone on me and didn't care what I wanted. Worst hotel in France.

Good potential hotel, lacks air conditioning
The property as a whole was really good. The staff were friendly, knew English, and really accommodating when checking in. The room we booked was really good too, with the added bonus of a small terrace. The only downside which resulted in significant discomfort during my stay was the lack of functioning aircon. The unit was working, but could not get the room down below 28C at night, which led to waking up feeling extremely hot and in puddles of sweat, a real shame on days where temperatures were hitting highs of 33C. We did not complain to hotel staff as it was clear they were aware of the issue, pinning posters to walls and lifts informing all customers that aircon maintenance may visit our rooms during our stay and instead dealt with it. Possibly at fault of our own for not complaining, this did lead to us dreading to come back each night to sleep over our three night stay. Friends staying right next door also experienced the exact same problem. Should the aircon have worked, I would probably be posting a really positive review right now as the rest of the stay was great, but with sleep being majorly impacted and as the primary reason for stay, unfortunately I can't award a high rating.

Good room at good location
Good location a bit outside the city of Paris. Close to Metro and even closer to tram station. Good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Nice room equipped with what's needed.

Juste un peu déçue car sur ma réservation, il était noté studio avec lit double et balcon. Malheureusement, j'ai eu des lits jumeaux qui, malgré les roues bloquées se séparaient tout le temps. De plus, en guise de balcon, j'ai eu une fenêtre normale avec balustrade extérieur. Si j'ai pris cet hôtel c'est justement pour avoir un balcon, sinon je prenais un hôtel normal. Etant situé nord-est, j'ai eu un peu froid et le radiateur électrique ne fonctionnait pas bien, même dans la salle de bain. Toilettes et salle de bain exigües, mais c'est Paris. J'aurais aimé aussi un petit déjeuner avec plus de chose salées, mais cela n'est pas trop grave. Je n'étais de passage que parce que mon fils se faisait hospitalisé et n'avait pas le temps de chercher des magasins pour faire des courses: donc, un flyer pour indiquer les endroits où se ravitailler serait sympa. Sinon, je recommande quand même: super literie, environnement et hôtel calme donc reposant, personnel super sympa. J'y retournerait quand même en prenant appart plutôt que studio.

Gros Manque de respect auprès des clients
Un accueil très sauvage par l’un des réceptionnistes de l’hôtel. Je n’arrive pas à croire pour quel raison et quel droit m’a mal traité ! pour un oubli de code pour entrer à l’hôtel et j’ai sonné la réception pour m’ouvrir, je me suis fait embrouillé, crié et menacé par le réceptionniste. Malgré d’en parler au responsable de l’équipe, je me suis jamais fait rappeler de leurs part car le manager a pris mes coordonnée et m’a promis de me rappeler après avoir entretenu avec le réceptionniste sauvage. Ça fait deux semaine que j’attends leurs excuses, mais ils s’en fichent complètement de manque de respect auprès leurs clients.

Beautiful and perfect location. Felt safe. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel did not get my hotel.com booking but they still honored it. However it took them til 5p to have a room ready. Gave us refreshments while we waited. Staff always available for questions. Convenient location for trams. Was told by local uber that we stayed in one of the best areas of Paris.

Un délai interminable pour récupérer sa chambre. On m’explique que la Clim est en fait juste un rafraichisseur Sur les photos c’est très moderne, dans la réalité c’est vieillot J’avais réservé un lit double et l’on m’a donné 2 lits simples. Après réclamation on m’a changé de chambre mais me suis retrouvé avec 2 lits simples cote à cote avec des draps pour des lits simples ! Je cherche les points positifs 😭

Prima verblijf, fijn appartement
Fijn appartement, 5 min lopen naar de metrohalte en dan nog best snel in het centrum. In afgesloten parkeergarage parkeren onder het hotel is prettig! Ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid maar wel goed, personeel leuk naar kleine kids toe. Enige minpuntje was dat we na een lange reis niet op de afgesproken tijd in de kamer konden, schoonmaak had vertraging waardoor we ruim anderhalf uur moesten wachten.
