There are about 80 steps that are extremely thin and shallow to get to the room we got. There was no mention of these stairs with no elevator accessibility on the listing. There’s also no one on property to assist.

Communication directe avec l'hôtel inexistante notamment au moment moment de l'arrivée. Tout passe via un logiciel et en Anglais exclusivement, impossible d'avoir quelqu'un en ligne via le numéro de téléphone qu'ils laissent sur la porte d'entrée. Autre problème : la porte de la SDB qui est non seulement très difficile à ouvrir mais en plus bloque l'accès aux wc (!😬). Je ne suis pas le 1er à signaler le problème.... Bref hormis la bonne situation géographique du logement, pas grand chose de positif.

The door codes are set on timers so when you ask for early check in or check out, they don't work. The staff is hard to communicate with. Fire alarms went off 3 times during my stay. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone. The night security guard has speaker phone calls during the night while laughing loudly until late into the night.

The bathroom condition was horrendous. The shower head was broken and one of the shower stall doors was missing. The floor was full of water after each shower. The internet didn’t work and the TV, because it only had internet dependent apps, didnt work either. The worst part are the hosts who are supposed to cater to these issues. We spoke to the property "director" who stated that he hadn't noticed the issues with the apartment. When I asked about checking the state of the apartment before new tenants, he said the AirBnB company sends someone every once in a while to check. When I asked how that helps us no, he said he'd order the parts. Which meant we had to deal with the broken shower head and water all over the floor. We never heard back from him nor anyone else associated with the aprtment for the rest of our stay. Regarding the internet issue, when we tried to reach out to them by phone and text messaging they never responded. Its common to have issues with apartment and hotel stays, but what is unacceptable is when a host is negligent with the condition of the apartment and in responding to tenant issues. We went through Expedia to get some amount in refund but the host declined. Needless to say we will not be staying there ever again and will be spreading the word about the apartment.

Not Recommended

Not recommended, especially for older people and the handicapped. Very cramped, and up a very tight winding staircase. Another problem is the lack of communication. It was impossible to reach the host (a serious problem if there was an emergency or if the door codes didn’t work, and there’s no wifi.

Listing is completely inaccurate. They don’t reply to outreach. You are abandoned in their poorly run, tiny dorm room with no place to sit, no WIFI, nobody answering, after walking up the 5 flights with your luggage. Also no cooktop. This might all be fine for you if you chose it based on an accurate listing, but we chose a different experience vs what they delivered. Also stayed at a Citadines, which was fabulous and accurately listed.

Completely inaccurate description. Prepare to walk up & down 5 flights on a small circular wooden staircase w your luggage and to hear everyone else struggling to do so. Unlike the listing, NO separate bedroom, NO WiFi, ZERO responses to outreach, NO cooktop, No room for a chair or desk in the room nor a lobby to sit somewhere while other person sleeps. You need to turn sideways to close the bathroom door and I’m thin! Completely absent management/service to fix WIFI. A poorly run mess.

The room is very small. It doesn’t look as big as the photo appears to be. There is only one window. Outside the window there are garages. I made a request to have them cleaned. My request was ignored. When we checked out today, we were told to drop off our luggages with a guardian at the lobby. But the guardian never showed up. We were then told to drop our luggages in the office. We had to walk for about 18 minutes to drop our luggages in the office. The communication was poor.
