Like: Location is near the station. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable and toilet is clean. Dislike: the shower water is too weak in the bath room (1/f) and the hot water will suddenly change to cold water... Bad experience: We are a family of 4 (with two kids, 12 and 9), booked and fully paid online for 6 nights before accommodation for a 3-people room which has an extra large double bed and a single bed. The double bed is far more enough for 3 people of us. However, on the second morning, reception staff said due to policy and insurance, the room cannot be used by 4 people. We are requested to book for a single room for the forth person. We explained that since we were searching for 3-people room (as not many hotels have family room for 4) since some hotels allow kids not occupying bed to live in but we did not aware this hotel is strictly forbidden. We agreed to upgrade to 4-people room but due to unavailability, we have to pay for one night for a single room (charged at E$74) and 4 nights (E$30 per night) for the difference of upgrading to a 4-people room. Bad experience, need to pay extra, pack luggage and move room during the stay. The front desk staff handling our case is cool and her attitude is unfriendly and a bit arrogant.

My experience was very nice and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and neat, and it was conveniently located near the train station, so getting around was quite easy. There were also nice restaurants nearby.

非常舒適的酒店！像回到家一樣，床鋪很舒適很乾淨，窗簾遮光很好，房間隔音非常好，有兩道門可以隔開廁所和正門，兩道窗戶，完全聽不到外面聲音，可以真正享受休息。廁所也很乾淨，衛浴用品很好，毛巾乾淨。重點酒店職員非常非常幫到忙和友善！！會向朋友推薦這酒店！！

the bath can hardly use, water always flow on the floor when shower. The toilet is extremely clean. The supporting services is good, like luggage keeping service, umbrella borrow service. And the room have water boiler and safe locker.

人生中第一次给酒店如此無辱!!千萬不要幫襯!!
check out時前台說我住的第二天食了早餐要付錢,當我說沒有!前台女職員卻說我有!我說第一天早上是入內看過有什食物但只有4種食物,所以我不夠一分鐘返回前天說太少選擇就離開了!结果那態惡劣職員用非常肯定的語氣重覆說"你有食"!我氣到說請你們看錄影我有否食過吧!她繼續說"你的確簽了單有食過"!我氣到不停駡"你們是否黑店可以這樣無理屈辱客人偷吃早餐不肯認!是我人生從沒遇過如此差的酒店!"接著她說的確有人用我房号簽了單!我說只有一個人住為何有人簽單,她才說時候不排除有住客說了我房号!我說那請你們就要改為看到房卡才確認客人房号!我發火對前台的男經理說投訴你們的服務非常有問題和態度極為惡劣!誰知他卻說"她問你你答沒有食過就夠了不用說那麼多"我說"若她是出於誤會我,那為何我清楚說明沒有食過,她不會道歉之餘,還要用非常肯定的語氣和表情重覆幾次說我有呢?!經理一句道歉也沒有,還要站在員工那邊欺負客人,他當時態度好像說我在無理大吵大鬧一樣!這酒店能夠一口誹謗客人食霸王早餐,還要用超級肯定的態度多番辱客人說慌,說真就算個經理有道歉也不能抵消半点给人如此屈辱的無辱心情!經理還會如此縱容下属,難怪個員工可以惡劣成這樣!本人遊歷多個国家真的從未遇過如此服務差勁和低俗質數的酒店和職員!是否以為一個中國女人就可以如此给欺負和给敲詐金錢嗎?!實在非常過份!!

Chère cliente, nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre séjour d’une semaine dans notre hôtel se soit terminé sur un malentendu. En effet, vous sembliez avoir apprécié nos services et devant votre refus de régler un petit-déjeuner que vous disiez ne pas avoir consommé nous vous l’avons offert.

满意的酒店，干净卫生，设施齐全，员工很友好。离拉扎尔火车站很近，交通非常方便，适合自由行。唯一缺点房间有点小，不过欧洲酒店都这样，干净舒适最重要。

Very good hotel, nice & friendly staff, very good location, clean room, comfort bed. However, there was a little bit issue about the lift, it was too small, we can't use it when check out peak time, therefore, we moved large luggages one by one along the staircase.

The staff; Pablo, Aurelie, and Laetitia were welcoming, available for questions, and suggestions. The rooms were spacious enough for three adult women. The location is close to the metro. We were able to visit all the sites with convenience and there is a mall within the metro center. Our group would definitely return to the Atlantic Hotel on our next trip to Paris.

The Atlantic Hotel exceeded my expectation. It is a lovely property, the room was modern and most importantly clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My phone cord died at 3:30 AM and I was flying out later in the morning. I went down to the lobby and Felix generously offered me his cord for the rest of the night so my phone would be charged when needed. Just so generous and nice. Highly recommend this property.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed chatting with staff who made us feel at home! The hotel is conveniently located just behind the St-Lazarre train station and metro and near several other metro stations — which made getting around the city very easy! I’d definitely recommend staying here for the convenience of getting around Paris and the hospitality of the staff!

We love this hotel! We have stayed here twice now. It is quiet and comfortable. The staff are always so kind. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows (both my husband and I find them comfortable). We usually stay in a deluxe double room so that we have the extra space. The hotel is very conveniently located near Gare St. Lazare, so it is easy to take the metro to the places we want to visit. There are also nice restaurants in the area and it is within a walkable distance to Montmartre.

Perfect hotel for business trip
Great hotel, perfectly located next to Saint-Lazare train station. The rooms have been renovated recently. A little small, but very comfortable. The express breakfast at 9 euros is really good.
