The hotel looks charming and offers free sauna and gym, but the room is just comfortable, and a bit smaller than I imagined. The staffs aren’t that nice, kind of weird attitude and less professions ( no receipt and paper work) However this is a 3 stars hotel, so what can u expect!

Good morning, I saw your commentary. First let me apologize if your journey was less interesting than expected. I write down your remark. We are going to do our best in order to improve our services. Unfortunately our hotel welcome mostly professionals for short terms, that's why our rooms are not that big. I hope that you keep a good souvenir of your stay though, and hope to see you here soon. Hôtel très charmant , atypique avec un jacuzzi au sous-sol. La literie est remarquable et la déco au top … gros bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas en raccord avec le reste … manque de produits maison et le strict minimum… pas plus pas moins et pas très attrayant…

Hotel confortable. Taille des chambres suffisante pour le prix. Accueil efficace et aimable. J'ai apprécié que la chambre soit visitée chaque jour avec serviettes propres ajoutées si nécessaire et lit fait. L'autre gros avantage est la proximité du métro.

Très déçu. Jacuzzi inaccessible car en travaux hors nous n’avons pas été prévenu. La personne qui nous a reçu n’était pas agréable du tout,nous avions l’impression de le déranger Dans la chambre à notre arrivée les fenêtres grandes ouvertes cachées par le rideau car très forts odeur de cigarette, les draps étaient imprégnés de l’odeur tellement l’odeur était forte inadmissible avec un bébé de 9 mois. Nous avions un emballage de préservatif au sol donc inquiétant de le trouver là si le ménage a été fait. Beaucoup de bruit surtout la chasse d’eau de notre chambre . A notre départ la personne a été bien plus agréable et embêté pour nous car être reçu de la sorte est inadmissible. Nous voyageons beaucoup, j’ai jamais été aussi déçu. Aucun appel pour s’excuser de la direction ou geste commercial. Très déçu car j’ai fait confiance aux bonnes notes et au jacuzzi j’ai pas eu la chance de profiter de ces deux choses.

Bonjour Sebastien,Je suis navré de découvrir votre commentaire.Notre centre SPA a été en travaux, renseigné partout sur notre site internet et nos partenaires. Ces travaux de longue date ont été terminés le 1er Décembre et nous avons désormais un très joli centre SPA tout neuf.Notre établissement est totalement non fumeur mais malheureusement malgré nos règles et nos avertissements, certains clients se permettent de les bafouer et d'avoir un comportement très égoïste envers les autres voyageurs.

Hotel is situation close to a metro stop which can take you directly into central Paris. The room was small but clean and the staff were friendly.

Room was not the room we paid for. When we did get our room that we paid for, the heater was not working, had to wait for the next day to get it working. Live spiders and webs were in the corner of the room close to the bed. You can tell they have been there for quite a while. One bottle of water was given to us two people for 3 days. I asked for another bottle and they refused to give us another bottle, staff very unfriendly and accommodating. No tissues, broken chain lock for extra security at night. Room for hanging clothes, luggage was very limited, no drawers, I wouldn't class this hotel a three star. You want an honest opinion, save your money to something better and better staff.

We stay for 4 days at this hotel. It is small but charming and clean. Very close to the metro station. Staff was friendly and spoke English well.

Wir haben ein Dachzimmer gehabt, es hatte sehr viel Platz, für Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal! Bequeme Bette, frische Handtücher, ruhige Lage, nettes Personal, Metro in nicht mal zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, es war alt und nicht mehr sauber. Wir haben leider kein Parkplatz bekommen, weil es voll war, und mussten unser Auto in einem anderen Parkplatz ( Indigo) stehen lassen, preislich war ganz ok. Wenn man Glück hat, gibt’s Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und zwischen 19:00 und 9:00 Uhr muss man dafür nichts bezahlen. Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen, allerdings darauf achten, dass das Zimmer nicht mit Teppichboden ausgelegt ist. Allgemein hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Horrible distribution of the living room
The door of the bathroom inside the living room was terrible, it did not even close very well. Besides, the walls of both the bathroom and shower was transparent, so you could see the person inside
