Beautiful house dating from 1830 with a modern extension of 250 m² in a quiet residential area, 30 m from the banks of the Marne, for lovely walks or bike rides and 1 minute's walk from public transport (RER), to be in the heart of Paris in 20 minutes or at Disneyland in 45 minutes (30 minutes by car)!
The house has a kitchen opening onto the dining room and 2 living rooms on the ground floor, 1 master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) with their own bathroom on the 2nd floor. A sleeping area with 2 single beds is provided in the basement gym.
You can play table tennis and darts and do sport in the basement. The house also has a baby grand piano.
You can make use of the large garden to relax, have dinner and have barbecues.

Great Home, great location

First time in France and the home gave my friends and I a nice experience in a beautiful neighborhood without all the rush of central Paris. We had a market area near by along with the a beautiful river walk area. Host was responsive and near by if we needed anything.

Maison spacieuse, beau décor, proche commerce

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette très belle maison avec nos enfants de 12 et 15 ans, comme déjà l’année dernière. Il y a baucoup de place grâce au double salon et à la grande salle à manger/cuisine. La pièce au sous-sol avec table de ping-pong est très sympa. Tout c’est très bien passé comme prévu. Les hôtes sont très amicales et accueillant. Merci pour tout Sophie et Alexandre.

Paradise just outside of Paris

The house is lovely and relaxing. Modern appliances, TVs, fixtures, lighting, electric venetian blinds, etc. We did not need anything that wasn't already there. The outside property was perfect for dinners and evening chats. Sophie was friendly and welcoming. She provided us a written description of what was available on the property, how to use the appliances and recommendations for places to go, local bakeries, restaurants and markets. She pointed us in the direction to the very close RER train stop (3 minute walk!!), bakeries and markets. We loved touring the city and returning by Red Line RER train to our slice of paradise just outside the city -- green grass, nice breezes and walks along the nearby Marne River to local restaurants. No need to rent a car. It's all accessible by foot or public transportation. We highly recommend this property.

Zentrale ruhige Lage, schönes Haus mit Garten

Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei von einander getrennte Wohnzimmer (mit je einem TV), ein Esszimmer mit offener Küche und ein Gäste-WC. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit reichlich Geschirr für Bewohner und Gäste (12 Personen kein Problem). Im UG befindet sich ein Hobbyraum mit einem Pin Pong Tisch, Darts und kleinem Trampolin. Diesen Raum haben unsere Kinder (11und14) rege genutzt. Der Raum im UG ist für kleine Kinder ungeeignet. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich gut verweilen. Entlang dem Fluss Marne, den man zu Fuss in 2 Minuten erreichen kann, kann man Fahrrad fahren oder spazieren. Wir waren im Winter und das Wetter war nicht sehr einladend, im Sommer ist der Garten natürlich toll. Die RER-Haltestelle und verschiedene Läden sind in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Paris ist mit der RER in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sophie und Alexandre sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen und alles erklärt. Wir können dieses tolle Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Merci encore Sophie et Alexandre pour votre chalereux accueil. Tout était parfait. Gaia et Carlos

Maison in-croy-able !!!

Très jolie demeure, idéalement placée avec un bel environnement calme et plein de verdure. A 1 minute à pieds du Rer A et des bords de Marne. L'intérieur est spacieux ; rénové et décoré avec soin.
