地理位置方便，性价比一般，而且入住的单人间非常小，基本没什么配备，房间在5楼，小电梯上去之后只能到四楼，去5楼和6楼的需要自己爬很宅的楼梯，房间处在很窄形状怪异的角落。

Hotel is located near the metro which is very convenient surrounded by restaurants as well. The bakery that js right on the corner is amazing and perfect for breakfast.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was conveniently located to two metro stops. They were great Pâtisserie's and restaurants near by.

The room was very small. Your knees were basically under the sink when sitting on the toilet. The shower didn’t drain well and had no lip to keep the water in so there was water all over the bathroom floor after the first person showered. There was also something brown spattered across one of the bathroom walls. The headboard was made of some sort of metal and so the side of the pillow that had been propped against the headboard when the bed was done up smelled like metal and even using the “good” side of the pillow, I smelled the metal headboard all night. There is an elevator but it’s super small and when you get off the elevator onto your floor, you still have to use some stairs to get to your room since you get off on a small platform with stairs leading up and down from it to get to the rooms. I had booked a room with a double bed but upon arrival, they gave me a room with 3 twin beds instead. I told the front-desk woman and she quickly switched me to a room with a double bed. I had no issues with the staff. There is a nice restaurant right beside the hotel and a bakery/boulangerie on the next street corner.

Great location for our needs. Cleanliness was excellent. The self serve breakfast was ample but had just had a price increase. Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Will return when in Paris again😊

Une nuit à Paris
J'ai passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel. Accueil très bien, chambre pas très grande mais confortable ainsi que la literie.Le seul désagrément c'est la soufflerie du chauffage qui se mettait en marche régulièrement et me réveillait. j'aurais dû l'arrêter. une bagagerie m'a permis d'aller voir une exposition avant d'aller reprendre le train. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux, même en arrivant 1/2 h avant la fin du créneau d'h. Inconvénient : espace réduit pour le petit déjeuner, tables serrées les unes contre les autres, ce qui peut être très désagréable lorsque l'on a des voisins de table très très bruyants (échanges, téléphone).le seul point qui me paraît négatif. Le personnel "petit-déjeuner" est très agréable. J'y retournerai volontiers

Another French 3 star hotel, quiet, clean, high value. Let’s be clear, this is not a fine hotel with services and so forth. It is exactly what it says it is, clean, neat, pleasant staff, nice neighborhood. It’s a room, not a lifestyle

This is a great little hotel, very close to Gare du Nord station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast every morning. The room was small but comfortable.

A fuir, hôtel arnaque
A fuir.. Déjà le nom de l'hôtel arnaqueur parce que loin de l'opéra. Acceuil médiocre , chambre sale et pas bien entretenue (traces d'humidité sur les murs, poussière). Je déconseille fortement, une arnaque et assumée en plus. Ils se font plaisir avec les touristes qui ne reviendront pas chez eux.

Bon hôtel, bien situé, près de l'opéra Garnier. Environ 30 minutes de marche pour les principaux attraits comme le Louvre, la conciergerie et Notre-Dame. Le seul inconvénient, c'est qu'il n'y a pas l'air climatisé. Donc, quand il fait chaud, c'est chaud dans la chambre!

We loved our attic room at Chabrol. The room was beautiful and modern while keeping parts of the old building, like the roof beams, visible. At first we were worried when we got to our room as it was quite warm, but we opened the window and had a very comfortable night. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have two single beds for our kids, as they refuse to share. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, but missing alternative milk option and decaf coffee. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Paris in future. PS: our kids loved the lift, as it was all glass and they could see us pass the different floors. There is even a hidden statue to discover on the way!
