Not clean and lift broken down
Cleaning standard not good, suspicious hair found on the bed and around the sink in the bathroom. The towel drying rack is covered by a layer of heavy dust. Lift broken down and had to port the luggage via the spiral staircase.

環境安全交通便利
飯店離地鐵站近，住宿週邊環境感覺安靜且安全。房間實景和訂房網上的照片差不多，從外觀到大廳到房間都很有法式風格。白天有大片落地窗房間明亮，但晚上房間燈少較暗，且隔音差，可聽到其他房客出入關門及拖行李的聲音。

Midden in het centrum op loopafstand van meerdere metrohaltes, metrolijnen en RER. Op een steenworp afstand van de Notre Dame. Nadeel hiervan is wel dat je ook 'nachts het stadsleven duidelijk hoort. Kamer was klein, maar fijn. Alleen het matras was wel erg hard.

Très bonne literie. La chambre était toute mignonne et propre. Pour ceux qui sont assez sensibles au bruit, il vaut mieux prévoir des boules quies et c'est ok !

Bel établissement, jolie chambre et situation dans Paris parfaite. Il n'est cependant pas précisé sur le site de réservation que la réception est au premier étage, et que l'ascenseur qui dessert les autres étages ne fonctionnait pas. Il nous a fallu monté nos bagages seuls, dans l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'au 3è...compliqué au regard de nos difficultés physiques. Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner: 16 euros sans vrais plats salés (emmental sous vide et œufs durs), viennoiserie au compte goutte et rien d'extraordinaire qui justifie ce prix. Et sachez que si vous sollicitez la réception pour l'appel d'un taxi, cela vous coutera 10 euros de plus sur le montant/forfait de la course. Je comprends que tout service doit être rémunéré mais cela manque de transparence et/ou d'information; être mis devant le fait accompli et ne pas être au courant que votre forfait passe de 35 à 45 euros n'est pas agréable!

The woman at reception was very rude - we asked to stay another night as our flight was delayed but they could not and when we asked her for suggestions of close hotels she miserably said no - when we checked out she was rude too - no hospitality and we were very disappointed with her attitude The room was TINy - no room for suitcases to even open - would not stay again Very noisy

Best location ever! The hotel is very good in general, but the room was a little noisy and to get to the reception you have to take some stairs. The elevator is only available from the 1st floor, where the reception are.

What a great pearl in the center of Paris, everything was awesome. Only concern is for the bathtub, it needs improvement as it's way too high and unsafe to get in and out of it. I'm a young man in shape and yet I had trouble making sure I'd not fall.

Great stay in Paris
Our room was on the 1st floor, overlooking Blvd Saint Michel and Blvd Saint Germaine. The noise from the street didn’t bother us as it was barely heard when the windows were closed. The location is perfect for walking to most sites, and the RER B train from CDG airport stop at the (underground) metro station right outside the hotel entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathtub was amazing - perfect for soaking and with plenty of hot water. The hotel clerk, didn’t get her name, was super nice and really helpful. The only negative was that, at the time that I booked, the listing on Hotels.com stated that there was a self-serve laundry - which was a main criteria in my search for lodging. There is NO Self-Serve laundry. They do have a laundry service where you pay per item. However, the amazing hotel clerk directed us to a nearby laundromat (10 minutes walk).

Location wise perfect as it is accessible to many train stations and walking distance to airport train stations. Also walkable distance to many good eating places and bars. Also felt safe late in the night, so are many areas of Latin Quarter. Staff is very nice and friendly, they also let me keep my bag even after checking out. Room size is very small which I think is very normal in Paris. Overall I will definitely go there again if visiting Paris.

Hotel cluny square was located on a noisy street but we had no problem sleeping. The room seemed clean but there was bad smell coming from bathroom pipes and the shower had no door which led to slippery floor after each shower.

Small room, great service, perfect location
The hotel is located just blocks away from the Notre Dame Cathedral & the Cluny La Sorbonne subway station is conveniently located directly outside the front door. The hotel rooms are tiny, but clean & well maintained. We had a travel crib for our 1 year old, and that took up whatever space the bed didn’t. Apple Maps takes you to the backside of the building when you use walking directions, so i attached a pic of the front door. Overall, we recommend it. Friendly staff, good location, and convenient subway placement for east travel

Stairs to first level, very comfortable
Great location. Our room was small but very comfortable. Be aware that while there is an elevator on levels 1 and up, access to level 1 is via a small winding staircase, which will not work for people with mobility challenges.

This little boutique Hotel is very hard to find even by local taxi drivers. It is, however, in a very convenient place to walk to many sights and to the Metro and train stops. Rooms are small and the ones situated along rue St Michel are very noisy! But they are clean and the beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful and nice.

We didn’t stay in the room much there was just too much to see and do. But the hotel was a good location for us and an easy walk or metro ride to everything and anything. Our favorite part of our room was the Eiffel Tower views, we were able to watch it sparkle every night.
