Lovely spot off Ballard Metro
Perfect Parisian apartment just off the Ballard Metro stop. Clean apartment. Staff was very easy to deal with via email. Door instructions were clear. Around the apartment are many restaurants of varied cuisine types. Washing machine but no dryer means that if you are in a hurry to dry clothes, you can use the laundromat on Rue de Ballard which is open until 10 pm. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice place and nice neighbordhood
The place was clean, the check-in was pleasant, and suggested restaurants were very nice. List of nearby bakery, grocery store were very helpful.

In der Umgebung alles nötige, guter ÖPNV-Anschluss, Wohnung gemütlich. Küche hätte einen Tick sauberer sein können aber kein Problem. Service des Vermieters durch permanente Kommunikation während schwieriger Anreise war außergewöhnlich!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 on a short visit to Paris. The apartment was clean, close to metro, and quaint eateries. We enjoyed our stay and will be sure to come back!
