Not what I expected from a Marriott. Our towels were not cleaned and the AC did not work. Location was good, however, there was construction right outside the hotel and there was no notification of this prior to booking.

A comfortable stay
Very pleasant stay with a lovely clean and quiet hotel, kept in great condition and with very helpful staff. Front of office was excellent and the bar staff and cleaners were very good. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby, along with good access to roads and public transport.

Die Unterkunft war gut. Sehr schlecht ist die Administration. Ich habe unter meinem Namen 2 Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt. Trotzdem wurde ich komplett ignoriert und ein Familienmitglied mit männlichem Namen angeschrieben und auch die Rechnung auf Ihn ausgestellt. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit und verstößt eklatant gegen meine Grundrechte. Solcher Machismo sollte eigentlich allenfalls in Afghanistan üblich sein und nicht in Mitteleuropa. Ich werde nach einem geeigneten Forum suchen, wo ich einen passenden Shitstorm auslösen kann. Bitte sorgen Sie dafür, dass ich die Rechnung auf einen Namen ausgestellt bekomme.
