如果不打算好好經營，不如把飯店賣了。 環境問題：走廊及房間地毯多處污漬、天花板漏水痕跡未處理、彈簧床墊凹陷、空調損壞至導致連續更換三次房間、浴缸破損、房間有的附飲用水有的又沒附，房務人員做事超隨性，甚至只沙發上還有前房客留下的薯片及芝麻碎屑。房間髒到，一進門就全臉發癢。 從未住過這麼糟糕的飯店，就算空間大也完全不值得

Nice hotel to stay in Paris
Nice hotel to stay, near by subway station take 2 to 3 mins walk can reach, restaurant serve with Chinese food, price include parking fee and breakfast, it's a eva air cabin hotel so you can see many pretty lady in the morning while you have a breakfast

Nice hotel. This hotel is near the terminal of Metro #3, only one minute walk distance to the station. The environment is clean and safe, restaurants and supermarket are nearby. As compared with other similar price hotels in Paris, the room is relative big, and price is reasonable. The staffs are very friendly. The only little thing I am not so satisfied is the breakfast, I stayed there for 6 nights and the breakfast are all the same, that is really boring. Anyway, it is a nice hotel and I will consider to stay here again for my next visit.

Nice hotel, a problem when we check in, we pre-paid the rent on website, but still be charged credit card when we check in, even refunds immediately, the processing fee is gone. Other else is good, very comfortable place!

住宿硬體和軟體設備還算可以接受。適合想住的安全，又不想花大錢的旅客，雖然有些設備看來有些老舊，但整體上來說是可以花錢住的飯店啦！

Spacious room
Nice environment, a bit far from city centre but near underground station, spacious and comfortable room, hard to find taxu on the street, you need to book from the hotel but when they arrive the metre was already with 7 or 9 Euro on it. (first start metre is 2.5 Euro).

Grand hôtel confortable
Chambre très spacieuse, propre et calme mais vieillotte. La décoration n'est plus au goût du jour. Literie convenable. Pas de dépôt de bagages possible à notre arrivée car personnel absent.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen stadtviertel von Paris. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist was unproblematisch möglich war da man nicht durch den Pariser Szadtverkehr muss. Die Metro liect unmittelbar vor dem Hotel und man ist in 10 Minuten in Paris. Das Personal war zwar bemüht spricht aber ein sehr schlechtes Englisch. Weiter hat man es in 4 Tagen nicht geschafft uns eine zweite Decke fürs Bett zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir haben 3 mal drauf hingewiesen. Die Nöchte waren dadurch eher unentspannt. Schade!

Simply amazing
Simply amazing. I repeat to use this hotel and recommend to my friend. Area is very safe and quiet. Its also quite convenient because its very close to metro station. It takes 20 min to paris city. Thank you to hotel staff!!

It is a lovely hotel with a very good location. On the weekend I also noted there is a Farmer's Market down one of the connecting streets.

Very clean and spacious hotel in a very pleasant area of Paris. On the outskirts but a few minutes to metro line which very quickly takes you to centre of Paris. Price for hotel excellent with breakfast which offered a very good selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.
