In regards to the hotel cleanliness, variety and space at breakfast, staff availability and friendliness, this hotel gets a 10. Marks have been deducted as during our stay on the last night/ morning we had no water in our room, so not able to shower, or flush the toilet. There were no notifications, I went to reception and was advised it was an issue with the whole area, I expected to be notified BEFORE going to reception, was offered more bottle water. Once I returned I sent an email to the hotel asking for clarification of what happened as the gent at reception could not offer much of an answer. It has been over 2 weels, no response to my email and no update provided. Very disappointed with the hotel tbh, for this reason I would not return. I do however want to commend the staff that worked during our 3 night stay, everyone we spoke with was a delight. A huge thank you to the lovely lady at the bar who recommended the mint tea for my mum, even added extra mint leaves for added flavour, my mum was very impressed - Aminata you are a star.

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily due to their unprofessional billing practices and poor room conditions. During check-out, the receptionist charged my credit card before even showing me the invoice. When I finally asked to see the details, I discovered a massive overcharge for breakfast. We were a group of 3 and only had breakfast on one day, but the hotel charged us for 6 people for every single day of our stay! I immediately complained, and a manager stepped in to process a refund. However, they once again processed the transaction without confirming the exact refund amount with me first. When I checked their calculations regarding the city tax and the actual breakfast cost, I found another discrepancy. It turned out the manager made a calculation error and refunded me too much. Unbelievably, instead of sincerely apologizing for their repeated mistakes, they demanded that I pay back the difference (around €39). Processing payments and refunds without the guest's consent, making multiple calculation errors, and then demanding more money is completely unacceptable customer service. Furthermore, our room conditions and housekeeping were terrible. We stayed in a connecting room, and the shower room was missing its glass door, which had been cheaply replaced with a shower curtain. Additionally, despite our requests, we did not receive daily housekeeping. Even when we followed the rule of leaving used towels on the floor to

The hotel has potential but is not currently operating at it's full potential. The main attraction for this hotel is the rooms with the view of the Eiffel tower and other city sites. If you don't pay for one of those rooms, the hotel is not worth it. We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, the roof top bar was closed from Sunday to Tuesday. When we tried to go up on Tuesday night we were told it was for private tables only/private event. So we didn't see it at all. If we wanted the view of the city, we'd have to go to the gym. The line at the Pleyel Restaurant in the main lobby was very long the night we wanted to eat there so we ate at one of the nearby restaurants. The Odiwara Asian fusion place around the corner was very good. the restaurant to the right of the hotel is just ok. There are lots of other food options and a small supermarket all within walking distance. The metro is very close and it takes about 35 mins to get to the Champs Elysee. It's on the direct metro line. to the Eiffel tower you can also go direct to les Invalides station and then walk or transfer trains. Also about 35 mins. We upgraded to the city view room and it made the stay worthwhile. I also noticed that the walls in the toilets could use a clean. We stayed in two different rooms and both had cleanliness issues with the walls. The staff at the front desk not great. When we moved rooms my husband forgot his pajama pants in the other room and when asked about it, they didn't find it.
