Luftkonditioneringen var en livräddare. Trots att det var 35 grader varmt utomhus så var rummet svalt och skönt. Både rummet och badrummet var rymliga och allt man behövde fanns. Hotellet låg i en tyst omgivning men ändå bara några minuters promenad från områden med bra barer och restauranger.

Boendet låg väldigt bra till och rummet var fräscht och ganska nytt. Frukosten var okej. Tyvärr lät luftkonditioneringen väldigt högt med några minuters mellanrum hela natten vilket störde och försämrade nattsömnen. Den var centralstyrd så det gick inte att påverka.

This is a decent hotel at a good location. The room was small but clean, and importantly, had air conditioning, which was very helpful in the heatwave. Be aware that there is no elevator, and the staircase is somewhat steep/narrow (I was on the 4th floor, there was one more floor above me, so you may end up having to walk up a lot of stairs). The staff was ok; the person I checked in with forgot to tell me that there is a code to open the front door, and to mention the breakfast. It is rather expensive for what you get, but then it's Paris.

Fantastic little hotel, great location minutes from metro. Small but perfectly formed room with everything we needed. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have it- so many places nearby to eat.

Solo Paris trip

Great little boutique hotel that was perfect for my solo 3 day pre-business trip visit to Paris. Love that it was located so close to a Metro station and the convenience of a grocery, shops, and restaurants near by. Great value for the money.

I booked this hotel because it was inexpensive and near the Gare Du Nord, and it already had solid reviews. Sure enough, the room was comfortable, clean, and super quiet. Don't let the tiny reception area fool you, the included breakfast has the European essentials - meat, cheese, pastry, fruit, and quiche. I, along with a few others, left bags in the hall prior to check in. I was a little uncomfortable with that but the very nice receptionist had their eye on things. I do have an Expedia complaint -- the property sent me messages prior to arrival and the app wasn't working right so I couldn't read them. It's likely the messages were how to get into the hotel! The front door is locked. You use a door code, or you can press a bunch of buttons and hope you reach reception (which is how I eventually got in). It looks like you're going into an apartment building rather than a hotel so I was pretty thrown off. But everything worked out great.

A great little boutique hotel, nicely designed rooms and helpful staff. The rooms have a espresso machine, kettle and tea whilst the bathroom has toiletries available. Soft drinks, snacks and coffee are available in reception. This is. Wonderful intimate hotel, perfect for a romantic trip or sightseeing Paris. A metro stop is one street away and there are nearby bars and restaurants. I will certainly stay again.

We loved the pleasant and accommodating staff and the charming historic building with modern room ammenities decorated beautifully for Christmas! That said, the rooms are small and there is no lift, but we knew this, the cost of the stay reflects this and so were ok with it going in. The neighborhood has some great cafes and restaurants (Giovannis for Italian!!) very close by. The neighborhood is safe and has nearby public transportation as well!

Nice 6th floor slanted ceiling room but no stair

This is a quaint hotel, very unassuming from the outside, and no frills inside, though my room on the sixth floor was nice with slanted ceilings that gave it character. The biggest drawback was that this property does not have an elevator so I got a workout going up the six flights every time I returned. Having said that, the stairs are semi spiral shaped and made of beautiful varnished wood.
