讚好：職員與服務和住宿狀況
We arrived and were immediately greeted. However when we walked into our room the toilet is separate from the shower and sink and was so small my husband could not close the door due to his legs sticking out. We asked for another room but were told we would have to wait until tomorrow as all the rooms were going to be occupied. I asked if we were the last occupants to arrive and they said no but that they would have to clean the room we had already walked into. I went back to our room to tell my husband whom was waiting, only to find a rolled up menstrual pad that was in the corner of the shower room. I told the front desk that the room was clearly not cleaned well so that their cleanliness shouldn’t have been the reason to have not given us another room. The rest of the hotel did appear to be clean. The bed was okay and comfortable but the pillows were horrible. We were not told upon arrival that they have room service until we asked our third night that we were there. The breakfast is not worth any extra charge as it was just ok. It was nice that they offered coffee with several options and it was free and unlimited. The one good thing is the staff was exceptionally nice! I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re traveling and have a lot of sights to see as it is very far from some of the monuments etc.
