La chambre n'avait pas du être faite correctement, Trace de selle sur les toilettes, Des papiers des anciens occupants était dans la chambre ... Bref le ménage laisse a désirer. Nous avons du faire plusieurs fois le tour du quartier pour pouvoir ce garer , pas très pratique avec des enfants en base age .

C'est un très bon concepte de hostel en mode jeunes, tout est bien, le staff qui était excellent surtout la fille qui travaille le soir, elle est juste magnifique et très serviable.

Great in Photos, Not So In Real Life
The bed and rooms are comfortable. I have my doubts about the cleanliness since my blanket came with an old white crusty patch (gag). The shower in the room kept leaking water onto the floor outside. And the toilet had no vent. If you go use the floor communal bathroom, it was usually out of toilet paper. Downstairs there is no kitchen, no sink, no napkins... just vending machines. The staff seemed super stressed out and I felt bad even asking them questions.

Concept intéréssant mais qualité à revoir.
Lors de mon arrivée dans la chambre vers 19h30, nous constatons qu'un des occupants l'a littéralement inondé en prenant sa douche. Le client est parti et le réceptionniste présent n'est jamais remonté. Je suis donc redescendu pour prévenir le réceptionniste en charge pour la soirée, le nettoyage n'a eu lieu qu'à 22h30. Étant fumeur, j'ai sélectionné une chambre avec balcon et le 2nd réceptionniste m'informe que le balcon n'est disponible que lorsque la chambre est "privatisée". Enfin, le rideau était cassé à la moitié du rail donc lorsque 2 nouveaux occupants sont arrivés, j'ai été réveillé par la lumière

Thought It Would Be Better
This seemed like it would be a great stay upon my initial arrival -- the lobby is nice and welcoming with a lot of really convenient amenities (locker rental, laundry, vending machines, towels for sale). My room wasn't available yet so an employee helped me set up a locker for my luggage while I went to the city for the afternoon / evening. When I returned, I was greeted by an employee (you have to ring the bell to be let in when haven't been given a room key yet, as I hadn't) who was extraordinarily rude; wouldn't open the door for me all the way at first, wasn't welcoming, seemed skeptical that I actually had a reservation.. then started openly giving me attitude and made it very difficult to retrieve my items from the locker when it was discovered that the earlier employee who helped set it up hadn't presented me with a ticket with a code needed to re-open it. He continued to be generally rude and treat me like I was an idiot before showing me to my cot. Unfortunately, the bed smelled musty or like some kind of mildew, the curtains on my bunk were broken and I had to rig them back up so that they would close all the way, and the curtains on the inside were splattered with a disturbing looking brown stain. The employees should really treat the guests better.

Eravamo in un gruppo di 6 persone e non era niente male, i letti erano comodi e spaziosi, c'è solo da far attenzione alla doccia che rischia che fuoriesca l'acqua e magari controllare bene se il letto è pulito, io ci ho trovato un unghia, per il resto nessun problema👍

The location and price are absolutely fine with the hostel. We had a private 6 bed room and it even had a balcony which was very nice. However the air condition was way too cold and some of us caught a cold because of that. We liked that our room was cleaned every day and the bins were emptied every das as well. But the bed sheets didn’t seem clean and the curtains on the beds were damaged and dirty. Overall I would still recommend the hostel because it’s cheap and modern.

À l'arrivée la dame de l'accueil a mis beacoup de temps pour allumer les ordinateurs pour le checkin On nous demande de reserver le petit-déjeuner le matin 20 min avant...la dame nous a oublié et au bout de 45 min elle ressort pour me dire qu'elle a oublié et pas entendu nos 5 sonneries ..Heureusement j'ai négocié le petit-déjeuner enfin cest une boisson chaude du distributeur, une brique de jus d'orange et un croissant décongelé au four. Mais la chambre est propre et calme..

Two problems with my stay: first, the check-in procedure took way too long (50 minutes in total for me) and the lobby was closed from around 12-3pm, meaning that I had to wander around the area for three hours with my heavy luggage. The shower door in my bathroom also didn't close properly and water went all over the ground. On the bright side, the staff are nice and the facilities were very clean. I found the sleeping area to be pretty well-equipped and comfortable, but it was weird that there wasn't another sink next to the toilet. The only sink was in the same room as the shower, so when that was occupied, there was no way to wash my hands after using the toilet.

Super
Hotel très propre, casier sécurisé pour laisser ses affaires la journée. On peut deposer ses valises avant de prendre sa chambre. Juste dommage que les personnes qui étaient dans ma chambre étaient sans gène (bruit pendant 2 heures le matin). Sinon l'hôtel est vraiment bien placé, accès facile pour les transports et le quartier est calme. Je reviendrai.
