Great Customer Service
Our hotel room was very small, lift can fit one person and one luggage max. (if you are skinny thought :/) but they provided excellent customer service to us. Not too bad overall.

Leuk hotel. Goede ontvangst en nette kleine kamer. Kamer heeft wel een opfrissing nodig. Raam naar het balkon ging niet goed open en radiator hing los aan de muur.

The hotels location is what makes this hotel bearable, it’s central and close to the metro/ shops/ restaurants. However the rooms are tiny and not appropriate for long stays. The bathroom makes you feel claustrophobic and you can hardly move when in the shower or at the sink. The walls to the rooms are thin and the doors don’t shut properly to the rooms, I came home one day to find the cleaner hadn’t shut the door properly meaning it was left unlocked for hours. For the price you pay you can stay at much nicer properties in the area.

Hôtel bien situé. D'un bon rapport qualité prix. Salle de douche un peu petite et qui mérite un coup de jeune ( mettre une cabine de douche à la place du rideau).

Worst hotel I have ever been
I have been in many hotels in Paris , this has been my worst experience . I don’t recommend this hotel . The reception guy has been the worst guy I have ever knew in France , I didn’t even knew his name because he told me he can’t give me his name

Quarto apertado mas ok, cama um pouco pequena, mas o banheiro é muito pequeno, mal cabe uma pessoa no boxe do banheiro. Vaso sanitário baixo, parecendo para criança, não tem apoio para nada no banheiro, péssima experiência com o banheiro o que prejudica demais uma hospedagem.

Paid 300 euros per night for a dirty and unhealthy hotel room and bathroom. Just to give an idea the shower is 31”x31” (i.e 80cmx80cm). The room, elevator and corridor are so tight that you want to stay out all day and all night out…Cannot believe that this is a 3-stars hotel. I will complain. Stay away!
