Traditional 3 stars hotel in district 9
We stayed at this kind of hotel at our last visit go back to 10 years ago. There are hundreds of them, some are good and some are too old. it can't tell from the internet as every photo is good looking. In fact we do not have much choice due to budget but if you are luck you may find a good one. I have only small luck this time however the staff is nice to make our journey memorable.

Séjour correct
Notre séjour a été agréable. La chambre faisait environ 15 m2, lits très confortables, jolies couleurs neutres et chaude. Bémol : pas très bien insonorisé. On entendait très bien les personnes dans la chambre attenante. Le petit déjeuner: pas de jus d’orange pressé, pas de pain aux céréales ou complet, pas de croisants, ni de fromage blanc, ni œufs brouillés ( petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 12€), produits moyens sauf boissons chaudes. Deux traces de « rouge à lèvres) sur la porte à l’intérieur de la salle de douche.

Family stay
Location is very good if you want to explore Mobtmartre, Eiffel Tower etc. However rooms are cramped and bathrooms could do with better ventilation as condensation is a real problem. Breakfast buffet is reasonable and front desk staff are super helpful.

Un buon Hotel, ma da sistemare in quanto un po’ vecchio e lasciato andare, soprattutto la parte delle scale e alcune pareti della camera da letto dove abbiamo soggiornato. Eravamo in una tripla, piccola ma per noi abbastanza funzionale, solo due delle 3 luci da lettura funzionavano ed il telecomando della tv non funzionava nonostante il cambio batterie. Molto pulito, pulizia delle camere e bagno con cambio biancheria quotidiano ottimo, letti molto comodi e la vista era spaziale. Molto caratteristica e romantica la finestra. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene seppure utilizzato solo ed esclusivamente come appoggio per la notte. Personale alla reception cortese.

The staff were friendly and the view from the room was great. The room was clean and had everything I needed including a kettle which you don’t always get in Paris. There was a lively vibe at night with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
Das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Bildern, sondern total alt und heruntergekommen. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen und es auch nicht weiterempfehlen :( Das Frühstück ist außerdem total teuer und den Preis absolut nicht wert. Die Auswahl war sehr gering und als Brotbelag gab es nur Käse, Marmelade und Nutella. Die Lage hingegen war zu empfehlen. Alles in Einem waren wir enttäuscht von dem Hotel und wir hatten höhere Erwartungen bei dem Preis.

The property was in a very good area, lots of options to eat and drink within a 5-10 minute walk . Nice walk up hill to Sacre Coeur and about a 20/25 walk to the Louvre area. The hotel is older style, but the staff at the front desk are 24 hours and very pleasant & helpful. Our room was on the fifth floor. We had a family room which was nice as it was two separate bedrooms with a bathroom in between -perfect for us and our two children. The room only had windows in the roof, so it was not light and bright, but we spend most of the time exploring the city, so it didn’t bother us too much. Shower pressure was amazing and air conditioner was useful. Hotel promised Wi-Fi, but we were told when we arrived that there was a problem in the area and it would be fixed tomorrow. We were there for three nights and were never able to use Wi-Fi - not a huge problem but would have been nice. All in all for the cost it was a nice hotel.

The location was really good, and had restaurants around the neighbourhood. The metro was 10 minutes was but not bad because the street are nice to walk around.

Atención de recepción pésima. Muy mal iluminada las habitaciones. Camas viejas e incómodas. Un enfuche en toda la habitación. Sin lugar donde estacionar. Ubicación ok. Vi varios drogadictos en los alrededores. Calles cercanas mal iluminadas.

Pésimo servicio de recepción porque desafortunadamente te encontraste con un interno que no hablaba tu idioma.estamos viendo cómo mejorar la iluminación de ciertas Habitaciones.Las camas se cambiaron todas hace unos meses. Al igual que muchos hoteles, no disponemos de aparcamiento en nuestro establecimiento, pero podemos ayudarle a encontrar el aparcamiento más cercano posible. En cuanto a los drogadictos, nunca hemos conocido a personas así hasta la fecha. Para las calles cercanas mal iluminadas, esto no afecta el acceso al hotel, estamos cerca de una plaza en la que se encuentran 2 cafés....deseándote un buen veranoAtentamentejulio
