small and quite room very close to the metro station.
the room is a little small but there's lot of restrant and cafe round here , the reception is friendly, the hotel is so close to the Lafayette and metro station .very convenient.

Very centralized to go around
Staff are friendly and helpful. But the room is so small with little space. Ventilation is insufficent, if open up the window, it would be very noisy.

Henry (Hong Kong)

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close to the two famous department stores in Paris, also the RER and MTR stations were within walking distance. The service was up to standard. Only the rooms in the lower floors were extremely hot in summer as there was no air conditioning. Considering the inexpensive room rates in comparison with others, I recommend this hotel.

Les toilettes étaient mal nettoyés. La chambre donne sur la rue au 1er étage donc très très bruyant Des qu’on allume la lumière dans la salle de bain cela déclenche une vmc bruyante. Petit déjeuner très bien. Thé et café dans la chambre très bien

廊下の音は確かに聞こえたが、気になるほどではなかった。部屋に湯沸かしポットがある。一度パリを出て地方に出かけ、不在中に荷物を預かってもらったが。１日６ユーロで有料。早めに予約して、パリにしては安く泊まれた。隣のサンラザール駅にはスーパーをはじめたくさんの店があり、早朝から開いていて便利。

Small, noisy room with no air
After taking what must be the world's smallest elevator up to the fourth floor, you arrive in a tiny corridor. When you open the door, the room looks quite decent. It has decent decor. The TV is mounted high up on the wall and is the size of a tablet. You can find two English channels, both news channels. The bed is okay to sleep in, but the bedspread is a fleece blanket surrounded by a sheet. It feels unhygienic. The room is so small that you either have to be in bed or leave. The photo was taken with a wide-angle lens and is not representative. The hotel's location is good in terms of the metro, shops, etc., but terrible in terms of noise. It's very busy and noisy outside. There's honking, banging, and lots of noises all the time, 24/7. Now, here's what makes the stay bad: there's no ventilation in the room. There's no air conditioning, and there are no other air ducts for fresh air. The only choice if you want to breathe is to keep the window open, but then it's impossible to sleep due to the excessive noise. Therefore, I would advise against staying at this hotel. There are probably many other hotels that offer you the opportunity to sleep at night.

After flying all the way from australia and paying quite a high price per night we were extremely upset to find the "Family Room" was actually 2 separate small rooms on the same floor but no interconnecting door which meant my young daughter had to squish into a small bed with us for the three nights instead of being able to share a room with her sister. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms and with the days being 36 degrees while we were there we were unable to sleep or get comfortable, This would be expected of a cheaper hotel bit for the price we paid we expected at least a way to cool the room. The Bathrooms looked quite nice but on closer inspection they have a lot of black mould as there are no vents or drains. This was probably the most disappointing hotel stay i have had and totally ruined our stay in Paris. The only upside to this property was the lady on reception the first night we were there as she was lovely.

Excellent breakfast, room small but as advertised, all essentials provided. Quiet at night. shower head fell off the holder causing a small bruise. Excellent position for railway station and exploring the city.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre petite mais ratant confortable, calme et propre. Petit réfrigérateur à disposition (ce qu’on ne retrouve plus beaucoup dans les hôtels de nos jours!) . Personnel agréable et à l’écoute ! Je reviendrai certainement lors de mon prochain passage à Paris !

離車站近，走路5分鐘就是春天百貨，附近很多餐廳、酒吧，櫃台是24小時的。房間比較小、隔音不太好。但整體和價錢來說cp值高。
