The property was under construction so lot of dust and no elevator.. this may be just our timing but I would have expected to be informed of the construction. Also I booked the hotel basically for AC and the AC was not working. I did not sleep well for my entire stay.. the location is definitely good and everything is walkable.

The hotel was undergoing renovation and it was a little messy, nothing crazy. There’s no elevator but a charming spiral staircase. If you’re not fit maybe this property is not for you, staff was nice the time. Will definitely come back

Under renovation no elevator , narrow winding stairs, but overall, great location to view the tower. Lots of places to eat and pick up snacks if you want.

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The cleaning people was very good always ready for extra water or toilet paper. breakfast in the morning was great downstairs everybody was always with a smile and very friendly. Special thanks to the young kid who helped out with my bags always ready to help and to answer any of my questions. I have to mention there is no working elevator so if you stay in the upper floors be ready to walk up.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Metro. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly and reliable staff. Hotel has maintained its historical charm and has done recent and has ongoing renovations happening. It was our 2nd stay and we’d stay again! Two thumbs ups!!

The staff is great; professional and friendly! The breakfast room has a nice variety and the girl is super sweet. At this time the hotel is under construction and there isn’t a working elevator. However, the staff did help with our luggage.

Stayed here end of March. Great location to get anywhere. Staff was enormously helpful. Only issue was elevator was temporarily out, but was only a minor inconvenience.

This property is under construction and we didn’t get notified. People are working and painting while you are at your room. Rooms smells like paint and what they advised is to open the window. The elevator is not working either. I would recommend if you work do it by floor and notify the guests that is being remodeled. Other than that is a 15 min walk to the tower and a metro station is close

Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts wurde gerade ein Teil der Zimmer bzw. der Stiegenaufgang renoviert - war aber nicht wirklich störend. Wirklich sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr gut - rundum alles bestens👍.

Great tourist hotel on a budget
Very clean, comfortable tourist hotel, conveniently located near the L’Hotel des Invalides and metro stations. The area around the hotel has a lot of cafes, bakeries, a small grocery store, and laundromat. The rooms are small, but it’s Paris. Great front desk and housekeeping staff. Very helpful!

Booked this on the basis of good reviews but was disappointed. The room was shabby and needed redecorating. The bath was old and had no plug. The shower head was blocked. The sound of hot water in the pipes in the morning woke us up. The receptionists were obliging but indifferent. They did give us a bath plug. The room was cramped and basic. Disappointing for the price but at least the location was convenient for the Eiffel Tower.

1. 가장 좋았던 건 위치입니다. 갈만한 곳 접근이 너무 좋았습니다. 시내버스 정류장과 지하철 역이 가까워 개선문 등 가기 너무 편했어요. 2. 친절한 응대가 좋았습니다. 대체적으로 깨끗했고요. 3. 2인실과 3인실을 사용했는데, 2인실은 사실 너무 작았어요. 3인실은 알맞았고요. 2인실은 객실 여건으로는 70점쯤, 3인실은 90점 이상. 4. 까르프도 좋은 카페도 근처에 있었어요. 다음에도 파리여행한다면 다시 가고 싶어요.

La propiedad no se responsabiliza por sus huéspedes. Nos ROBARON en el (Lobbying del Hotel), es decir, dentro del hotel mi bolso de mano y el de mi hija el mismo día que salíamos de Paris con nuestros pasaportes y $4000 dólares más prendas y tarjetas de banco. El personal de la resección del hotel no les importó. El señor de la resección se portó muy indiferente. Por esto, perdimos el vuelo que teníamos este día y nos quedamos en la calle. Una experiencia muy mala y seguimos sin tener una compensación por nada. Demasiado inseguro este lugar. Dejo mi experiencia para que nadie pase por lo que pasamos mi familia y yo. Evita hospedarse en este hotel.

Señora,Hiciste tu check-out el 30 de diciembre de 2023 a las 11:30 a.m.Dejaste tus maletas en recepción hasta tu regreso por la tarde sobre las 16:00 horas, y las recogiste todas sin ninguna queja.te sentaste en el bar del hotel y consumiste bebidas calientes mientras esperabas tu transporte al aeropuerto programado para las 5:00 p.m.Fuiste con tu hija al baño de abajo, dejando tus dos bolsos en el sillón del bar sin supervisión y sin siquiera avisar a tu marido o a la recepcionista.No puede hacernos responsables de su negligencia.Nuestro lounge bar es un lugar público tanto para los huéspedes del hotel como para huéspedes externos, pueden consumir bebidas, nadie debe dejar sus objetos personales en un sillón en un lounge bar abierto al público.El hotel solo es responsable después del check-out de los artículos dejados en el depósito.Lamentamos mucho este asunto de los hechos y esperamos que la policía pueda hacer su investigación.Atentamente
