床墊非常舒適，櫃檯人員非常幫忙且友善，有需要都能協助處理！ 但打掃方面不及格及房內沒有冰箱迎賓水，若有需要冰東西就要考慮一下， 覺得這方面僅有三星的價值！ 但整體上交通便利附近有幾個地鐵口非常方便

地点非常不错，到哪里都方便
就在歌剧院附近，周围很多饭店，到卢浮宫和巴黎圣母院月在3公里左右，走走都方便，能看到不同的风景。酒店设施不错，房间尽管小，很舒适，卫生间够大。

中规中矩的酒店
酒店地理位置不错，地铁出来走5分钟就到了。去老佛爷，香榭丽舍大街，卢浮宫之类的地方都很便利。服务的话因人而异，不太好一概而论。房间很小，但是还比较干净，周围环境略吵，隔音一般。

因為房間是黑色為主軸，所以落在上面的灰塵也特別清楚，但櫃檯人員服務態度很不錯，我訂的是superior room但是房間還是很小，大行李箱都無法攤開

一共住了三晚~總結人員有禮，酒店樣跟相一樣，只是房間真的小不能同時打開兩個行李箱。由酒店前往地鐵站約5mins，步行到老佛爺百貨約20-30mins視乎個人步速。酒店不在大街，鄰近有餐廳，酒吧~~

We had an excellent day! The rooms were quite large, considering the standard room size for a Paris hotel at this price point. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well appointed. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. We would certainly stay here again.

Our second trip to Paris, by far a very nice area to stay in. Lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment in the area. Great little Hotel and the staff were super nice.

Calme, agréable, confortable, très bien situé.
Séjour de 4 jours avec ma fille chambre 205, hôtel très bien situé, la plupart des monuments se trouvent entre 5 et 20 minutes a pied, literie très confortable, chambre très calme, personnel vraiment agréable et bienveillant. Les moins, salle de bain légèrement trop petite et pas d’œufs brouillés, bacons grillé et saucisses au petit-déjeuner (c’est un gourmand qui écrit 😉). Je recommande cet hôtel.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very helpful. We had a room on the ground floor which was quite horrific since we had all traffic, drunk people, and garbage truck running throughout the night. I would strongly recommend to ask for a room on a higher floor.

Great location…hotel needs helps thou
From check in hotel staff gave us a hard time. One of the staff forgot our correspondence with them and made us proof it. Remember to save your emails!! With that said Roberto the night clerk and Patricia were very nice and helpful. AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK! So try to avoid hot summer days here.

This property is a disgrace. They charged me an additional €75 after I checked out for a missing kettle. I never used a kettle during my two night stay and didn’t even notice one in the room. They also took the money from my account without my authorisation

Good but no AC first day
It was very clean, spacious room.. Good location as well.. Only negative part was my first day AC wasn't working ( they told me on 2 floors) and they changed my room 2 nd day.

The location of the hotel is very good, the neighborhood is nice as well as the hotel locates close to public transportation and walking distance to many restaurants. However, the isolation between the walls is not good and the bathroom is very small. Interestingly, there is no fridge in the room in a so-called 4-star hotel.

Horrible sewer smell and bad management atttitude
We reserved for 3 nights. Our flight was canceled twice in a row, so we missed two of the 3 nights. The hotel refused to do any commercial gesture for the fact that we could not use the first prepaid 2 nights even though we did call them the day before to let them know. It is their policy, I understand. But when we finally got there we got a room with a horrendous sewer smell. And they said they had no other room. The hotel manager who was out told the front desk person on the phone (when she called him because we were justifiably very upset),not knowing we were standing next to her: " That is your problem, work it out". And the only compensation he was willing to give us was a free breakfast which we did not take. Very bad attitude, and serious sewer issues. Definitely not a good place where to stay!

Spacious room. Beautifully appointed. Private balcony with chairs and table for Executive King room. Huge windows in the bathroom provided lots of natural light. No minibar or refrigerator in the room. Very limited options for purchasing drinks or snacks for the room nearby. Staff was very friendly. Great find in Paris. Most things were a short 15-minute Uber ride away!

Hotel was okay
This was not a 4 star hotel. It was clean, and night attendants were friendly, but rooms were cramped, there are no refrigerators in the room, safe was small in one of the rooms, air conditioning was broken in some of the rooms, we had to go down to the front desk to get items like towels that are normally brought to the room, etc. The hotel was in a great location, but was overpriced. Overall, the stay was okay, but I would probably look elsewhere in the future.

The AC in the room was not working. When we complained all we got was they could do nothing about it. It was terrible experience to stay in that room during hot Paris summers. Service was really bad and wouldn’t recommend. For a 4 star hotel they were a disappointment.
