The hotel’s location was perfect, with café and restaurants close by and a lovely walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room was lovely clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of wonderful food and freshly squeezed juices. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay there on our next visit.

Nice hotel let down by staff that were not welcoming and not helpful and quality of room details, like old thin scratchy towels and robes, meagre tea and coffee facilities. Issues of broken safe and bar fridge were reported, but not dealt with, indicating management oversight absent. No follow-up with the guest on issues. Did not even ask about our stay at checkout. Could have been a better experience.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast options were plentiful and room was very clean. The dining options were good within walking distance. We liked walking to the Eiffel time from the hotel and the proximity to the metro. The only thing I would change is the 40 euro charge to check in early. Many other hotels in Europe allow you to check in for free if the room is ready. Our experience was wonderful and we will definitely come back again.
