We appreciated our stay here. VERY close to the metro, grocery and pharmacy) which is important for us) and plenty of local spots near by for quick bites. Close enough but far enough from the Eiffel Tower, so not so busy. Tons of local shops. Staff was amazing. Always met us with a smile and attentive to our needs. Room conditions are what you’d expect from a hotel in Paris. Small - but have what you need. Balcony overlooking the street with a partial view of the tower - which is a plus. There’s an amazing butter/cheese shop right across and a cafe on the corner. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. It was our first time in Paris, and we chose this property primarily because of its proximity to the Eiffel Tower and its relatively low nightly rate of $342, which we felt was still quite expensive. The hotel’s website advertised light-colored, neat, and new rooms. However, upon our arrival, we were met with an old hotel and a blood-red room that was nothing like the pictures we had seen online. The website also claimed that the hotel had air conditioning, but when we inquired about getting it working, we were informed that there was no air conditioning and that we should simply open a window. The shower had almost no water pressure and leaked from the side. To top it off, the overall size of the room was extremely small, which was a stark contrast to the images we had seen online when we booked. We had reached out to Expedia to request a refund so that we could find a different property, but they informed us that the hotel would not process the refund since we had already checked in. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the amazing café across the street. We spent every morning there, enjoying a coffee and some amazing pastries. The hotels offering of cereal and some basic eggs and bacon for 14 pounds seemed way out of line considering our daily bill for 3 at the café was around 24 pounds. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere.

The hotel was cute, the staff is very pleasant and the location is great but the rooms are very small, I had to go to the desk to get the iron that I found out was broken and the room with the view of the E Tower that I paid extra for is only of the top of the tower. It’s not a full view.

Was our first stay here after doing our homework re which hotel to choose. Really lovely little hotel, very good service from Eva and she helped print out a list of fab restaurants to try snd gave us advice about getting the metro etc. Wonderful help it was. Room was nice and clean but would have been nice if there was some storage space at our bedside tables and hooks to hang jackets on in the room. We would not hesitate to come back BUT it’s much cheaper if you book direct as we could have saved around 80 Euros booking direct to hotel over our 4 day stay. Super easy to walk over the road to get the metro at Duplex and from there it’s so easy to go anywhere……just use Apple Maps and voila! The cafe on the corner of Hotel was fab for croissants and coffees. It’s very popular hotel with guests from all over the world. Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel looks recently renovated and very clean. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent — only about a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are also many convenient places nearby such as bakeries, mini markets, and small bistros. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
