J’ai trouvé dommage qu’une seule bouteille d’eau soit fournie pour un séjour de quatre jours dans un hotel 4* je trouve les chambres un peu vieillotte un rafraîchissement ferait du bien ;)

Terrible hotel
The bathroom was a 10, everything else was zero. The staff was not friendly, the beds were falling apart so my son took the mattress off the bed and slept on the floor. The TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Il y avait un serviette usée, laissé au hasard dans la salle de bains. La télévision était compliquée à éteindre, je l'ai éteinte et elle s'est rallumée toute seule. J'aurai apprecié pouvoir accéder à la piscine plus tôt car j'avais le travail à 8h. Merci en tout cas, à part ces points c'était bien!

Good hotel but bad service from reception
The hotel provides all the necessary amenities and comfort expected but can get too hectic at times with the number of tour groups staying at the hotel. The service is okay but a special call-out should be made for the rudeness and unprofessional conduct of receptionist Juliette R. Her rude behavior was uncalled for especially with polite request and without provocation. It would be remiss not to acknowledge staffer Ibrahim for his patience and good manner in assisting issues with the rooms (lights/AC not working). Thank you

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla la stanza era un po’ piccola a mala pena si passava abbiamo chiesto se era possibile avere una stanza più grande ci hanno risposto che era terminate inoltre si doveva aggiungere 40€ invece sul sito costava solo 7€ di più per il resto hotel molto comodo con i mezzi di trasporto praticamente davanti colazione molto buona abbiamo apprezzato la sauna e la palestra
