Séjour agréable je reviendrais
Accueil sympa chambre assez grande. La moitié de la douche n’est pas fermée ce qui fait qu’on éclabousse beaucoup.

Good location friendly and helpful staff. Hotel looking tired. Heating didnt work lightbulbs needed replacing wallpaper peeling. Could have been cleaner.

Nice location and neighbourhood
We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Nice and friendly staff. Loved our room at 5.floor with a balcony. Good aircondition and beds. Close to the metro.

Bien situado y facil acceso en Metro
La fahada es pequeña, entre 2 restaurantes. Habitación pequeña pero acogera. Baño limpio y equipado. El hotel tiene areas comunes mínimas. Bien situado y con fácil acceso por metro. No hablan español, pero Jean Pierre es muy atento y habla inglés.

The staff were very helpful. They gave us milk for our son and access to clean our baby bottles. We accidentally put the no cleaning sign on our door but they gave us fresh towels and emptied bins on request. They stored our buggy downstairs too which was a great help and as space, like in most buildings in Paris it seems, is limited. The beds, shower and toilet were all excellent for a 3 star hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning too, which I can fully recommend.

La habitacion en el 5 piso, con un pequeño balcon y con la posibilidad de abrir y salir a ver la vida del lugar. Taxi, facil, a la vuelta de la esquina. El Metro a 100 m. Restaurantes y cafees . 10 min caminando a Latin Cuarter. Recomiendo y considare en el futuro.

I wouldn’t recommend
There was female hair on the floor. The shower did not have a door, screen or curtain to prevent the floor from getting wet when showering. We reserved and paid for a room with a king bed and a twin bed and they gay us 3 twin beds. They tried giving other members of our party the same room but they complained and got the correct room that they paid for but we got nothing. Overall, an extremely upsetting and frustrating experience.

Quatre nuits à l'Hôtel GARANCE
Bien reçus dès notre arrivée, en début d'après-midi, nous avons posé nos valises dans la chambre, conforme à la photo vue à la réservation. Nous avons été très bien conseillés sur les possibilités de visite du quartier Mouffetard, et nous avons prolongé notre visite jusqu'à Notre-Dame. Bon buffet pour les petits déjeuners.

You charged me double for my room. I am still waiting for you to correct this mistake. you keep avoiding contacting me. You should be ashamed to conduct such business. I frequent the neighborhood and am letting neighbors know to stop referring their guests to your hotel.Hotel.com sent you a double payment for my week’s stay. I am waiting for reimbursement for weeks.

Rigtig god oplevelse. Gode værelser som var rene, med en dejlig altan og god udsigt. Meget venligt personale som hjalp. Dog virkede vores kort til væreslet ikke og personalet skulle låse op, men ellers var rigtig fint

Salle de bain vétuste avec taches d’humidité. Après chaque douche la pièce est inondée. Porte savon cassé. Les oreillers sont très inconfortables, ils sont tous différents! La nuit ont est empêché de dormir par le vacarme provoqué par les machines à laver et les séchoirs qui tournent! La cage d’escalier est très vétuste. Le petit déjeuner est très limite. Les pains et viennoiseries sont congelés et cuits sur le moment. Ce n’est absolument pas un 3*! D’ailleurs sur la façade seul 2 grandes étoiles sont affichés!
