Services d'un 4 étoile non retrouvés
Assez déçu de mon séjour, l'hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoile. Pas de services à thé dans la chambre pour un 4 étoiles, la propreté des chambres laisse à désirer. Au petit déjeuner pas de choix au niveau des boissons chaude, c'était le café au rien. L'avantage de cette hôtel c'était le jacuzzi et la localité près des champs. Le personnel était assez agréable dans l'ensemble, mais les prestations de l'établissement et l'établissement en lui même étaient décevantes.

Cher Monsieur, Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre chambre, la salle de bain et son jacuzzi, et notre emplacement exceptionnel. Nous sommes en revanche navrés que vous n'ayez pas profité de l'intégralité des services que nous proposons. Le café est en libre-service au petit-déjeuner, mais nous avons toujours une personne dédiée pour vous préparer la boisson de votre choix, capuccino, latte, expresso, thé, etc. Ou même vous préparer une omelette ou des œufs brouillés à votre goût. De plus, la présence de personnel à toute heure du jour et de la nuit nous permet d'assurer un service en chambre à toute heure, nous avons notamment une sélection de thé "Mariage Frères", excellence du thé français, qui peut vous être porté en chambre sur simple demande depuis le combiné situé près du lit et même... dans la salle de bain !Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vous revoir au George Washington pour vous prouver l'excellence de notre service, que nous voulons bien au-delà des simples standards du label 4*.

Great location close to everything walkable.. room was comfortable and very clean pillows were so unbelievable!!! Also the staff went above and beyond helping us with every need. Manager was very charismatic great personality and he even walked us with an umbrella to our Uber in the pouring rain.. great service will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel

What worked: - Reception Staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to arrange tickets, transport and provide guidance on everything. Thank you again! - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Champs Elysees & Metro few minutes by walk. - Late breakfast till 11.30 What could have been better: - Rooms will feel small for those used to vacationing in Dubai and Far East etc. - Room Cleaning needs to improve. Dusting and washing of glasses etc. is a standard room cleaning exercise globally.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel nahe zu Champs Elysee. Vorteil für Familie sind die Junior Suiten mit Platz für 2 Teeenager auf Sofa Bett. Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross. Komfort für Paris-Verhältnisse ist genügend. Man könnte aber was mehr erwarten. Badzimmer ist super und modern, Badewanne mit Spa Funktion. Frühstück ist sehr gut, Bedienung sehr gut auch.

The guest services were excellent. We were impressed with the staffs' command of English. They were very transparent about the fees. The breakfast was delicious. We were, however, given a room with 2 problems, 1 was the stains on the wall, which were unsightly and 2 the room had no curtains and the bright light across the street kept us up at night.

The rooms are clean, the location was excellent and staff are friendly. To get hot water for a shower the wait was over 7 minutes, the towels are old and very thin. No coffee makers in the rooms and you can't get coffee until after 7:00AM.

Bien Arrivé, chambre trop petite et lit incroyablement petit, me plaignant au prêt de l’hôte et ce dernier me propose de choisir entre deux chambres, trop petite et extrêmement petite mais avec un baignoire jaccousie ( faire un choix entre colorât et épidémie), en cotre cœur je fais mon choix : sur un hôtel 4 étoiles: manquant des cafetières, fer a repasser, crème, 1 serviette corps pour deux, en clair, il manquait de tout

It is hotel policy and clearly stated in the room reservation that there will be an extra cost for any additional persons in the room. And this was also explained to you by the Expedia customer support team. I apologise if you did not understand the explanation of the policy due to the language barrier.
