I love this hotel and have been a guest there for years. I know the staff and I am thrilled to see the renovations. My rating is related to my departure. The elevator was broken, I was on the third floor and I currently have some serious mobility issues. There was only one gentleman on duty. He could not help me out. When I struggled and slipped on the winding cumbersome spiral staircase and hit the side of my face a housekeeper rush over to help me up and finally down to the lobby. She and a coworker carried my luggage down. I quickly checked out and went to the airport. The mark on the side of my face was so obvious that at check-in the agent said “you need help” and called for assistance. My balance was so impacted by the fall I need wheel chair assistance chair to through the airport and on to the plane. A tragic end to a holiday in Paris.

Absolutely fantastic! From our warm greeting by Antoine, to our departure, everything was wonderful. Thomas even realized that it was my daughter's birthday and had a little gift for her! The room was small, but perfectly adequate, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Beds were also very comfortable! It was very quiet, yet so convenient to the buses and metro! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope very much to return in the future!

This was a great hotel for our extended weekend in Paris! Very conveniently located near the St. Placide Metro station, where we could easily get to the RER train to Versailles, Disney, and back to CDG. The breakfast was lovely each morning and the breakfast room is charming. There are restaurants and bakeries in nearby streets, but I was so impressed with how quiet the actual street the hotel is located on was. We left our windows open at night to allow a fresh breeze and were not woken up once by street noise. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about the hotel, mostly the staff. Eduardo, Nadine, Phillipe and Thomas did everything to make us feel welcome. I was glad they could speak to us in English, we have a problem with not knowing the French language. The restaurant staff was great also and everything was perfect and delicious.

Easily walkable distance to main shopping street with grocery stores, clothing and restaurants. Within one block to two major subway lines making the hotel very accessible to major attractions. We could not have picked a better location for ease of access to Metro.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed little luxuries such as NUXE toiletries in the bathroom and the Mariage Freres tea in our room. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and duvet. Complimentary hot drinks in the lobby, espresso, lattes, etc. Easy access to metro. Love this place!

Good Location, very helpful and nice staff. They did whatever they could to make our stay joyful. They helped with early check-in, which was very lifesaving because my flight got canceled and I was very tired. This is a cozy, peaceful hotel with a good vibe and a little coffee bar where you can get any hot drink self-service anytime. We did not have breakfast in the Hotel, but you can if you want to.
