We must name Jaleel who especially made sure that everything was okay and offered to help when we needed. Thanks for such a wonders day, our kids loved it. We booked the deluxe quad room, but was under a staircase, next to the dining room and right next to the smoking section. The room was extremely loud in the morning and we could never open our curtains because someone would be sitting right outside the window smoking. Housekeeping never wiped off our only table in the room so was sticky the whole trip. We had to book one room for all four of us because my son has disabilities, but a cramped room that was loud and dark was awful.

It was okay. Very small room for 4 women. It states room is for four people, but one has to sleep on a pull out. Very tight.. especially when trying to get the bathroom when the pullout bed is out at night. Not enough pillows. Only one per person. Bed mattress was hard. Toilet paper was very rough and we had to ask for more nearly daily. Breakfast was not included which would have helped. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. I felt misled.
