設施舊，通道窄，有時需行一至兩級樓梯，拿行李行走廊通道加轉身都有困難，似劏房(Partitioned flats)，面積細，wifi間時中斷，只有一部升降機容納3人，工作人員及住客一起用，等候時間都不小，只是地點比較方便。

Wonderful ! Will be back again.
Although the building is old, the room is small, my 3-night stay in this hotel was so wonderful. Great location and the male staff inthe reception desk day time is so nice and friendly. Surely will be back again when I visit Paris next time.

Close to Louvre but the room is small
The location is great. Just a few mins walk to metro and Louvre. There’s many cafe nearby. But the room is relatively small and looks old. The escalator is maximum for 3 people so u won’t be able to get in if carrying too many luggage. The corridor surface is not flat. There’s 2 stairs for going to some of the rooms. But the staff are nice and friendly. It is fair to enjoy the great location with smaller room u can stay.

Good location but small room
The location is good and very convenient. The room is clean and tidy. However, the bad is that the room is small, corridor is way too tight to move around with big luggage. Also, the room is too dark (not sure if it’s the same for other rooms)

Good location near the Louvre.
Nice experience with clean and tidy room. Good location, just walk 3 mins to the Louvre. Disadvantages: Expensive but poor breakfast, small room suitable for single person.

位置非常很好。。距離羅浮宮和地鐵2-3分鐘路程。。酒店就是走廊和電梯很小。。大件行李推進推出都比較困難。。由於空間小的問題。給人一種比較壓抑。。再加上我住的房間比較角落。。沒什麼光線。。

Nice hotel
Location is best part, and the room is well equipped. I like to stay in this hotel. But every time I took the small elevator, or the narrow stairs and landing place, I hope time could spin fast. There is no perfect hotel.

The best things about this hotel are that it's clean and convenient. The staff are also very nice. It's about a block away from the metro, and there are restaurants and bakeries all around. Super convenient, which was why we chose this hotel. It's also less than a 5 min. walk to the Louvre. Yes it's a little older and could use new carpets and a little updating, but all in all we were so happy we stayed here and would stay here again. They give you a bottle of water per person. The staff were very kind and accommodating when we asked if my sister and her family could leave their luggage for the day along with ours since we were spending the day together before we all left Paris. It was a great stay.

Dear Sir,We apologize that your stay at the hotel did not go well, but we would like to clarify a few things. The air conditioning works very well, except that we are in heating mode because in France, it is winter, so we do not set it to cold when it is only 16 degrees Celsius. Secondly, you arrived with four people including a child, although it’s two double rooms, without even specifying that a child is coming with you. Thirdly, we are under no obligation to refund you, especially since you left without even asking anything at the reception. I wish you to keep smiling and stay positive.Best regardsFRONT DESK

The room was small but the location excellent. The place was a little run down and the staff was ambivalent. The major downside was that there was no phone in the room and no way to contact the front desk at 1 am when neighbors were being obscenely loud. I tried calling from my cell phone but no one answered. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

Overall the hotel and breakfast was good. However, very noisy at night and you can hear literally everything from a chair move to the hairdryer on to a toilet being flushed from other rooms. Also you can hear the Metro which seems to stop at midnight until 6am, then starts again. So if you’re a light sleeper you may need earplugs. Breakfast was small but fresh everyday with lots of drink options. Staff were polite (which was nice considering how rude attraction security staff were in Paris). Room was clean and equipped well with shampoos/body wash/hand wash. Great location to walk from train station, shops and attractions.

Average Stay
I had an average stay. There was no shampoo or conditioner and I had to use my own. My room was not ready upon arrival but I was offered an alternative. It took two hours for it to be ready. The front desk was helpful giving me a charger to connect my phone, which I returned. Bedding was comfortable but room temperature control was difficult as the thermostat was behind the TV and finding the up and down buttons for temp control was difficult. Concierge answered promptly. Hotel entrance and corridors are messy, narrow and old.
