Great location near Republique Metro, from which it's very easy to get around and transfer to any needed line. Very quiet, with friendly people at the front desk. Nice breakfast, which included a variety of pastries, yogurt, granola, cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled and boiled eggs, juice, and many coffee drinks. We stayed in the Junior Suite, on the top floor, which was spacious for a Paris hotel room. There was coffee, water, and pastry in the lobby all day.
The one issue I had with the hotel was the cleaning service. When we arrived, despite the room having just been cleaned, the floor was visibly dusty along the wall and in the corners, and the previous guest had left a takeout food container on our balcony. We told one person at the desk, but it was never taken away. Further, on a daily basis, it was pretty clear that the only "cleaning" that took place was making the beds and replacing the towels. For example, I had accidentally spilled some lotion on the toilet seat, and was in a rush to leave. When we returned to the room later that day, the beds were made, but that lotion drop was still there. Tissues were not replaced when the box was empty.
I would still highly recommend this hotel for the location, quiet, breakfast, and front desk staff, but they do need to talk to their cleaning people.
