The only complaint I have is that you have to leave the key every time you left the hotel and one time the person coming in gave the incorrect number and took my key by mistake. While the front desk person was able to catch them before they were able to enter my room, I am concerned about the security. Having an elevator for our luggage was wonderful. The amenities were great I mean, who expects a gym in a hotel in the middle of Paris? The staff are very kind but a little laissez fair about security. The location wasn’t bad very close to lots of things. The rooms were very cute and a decent size for Paris.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The check in staff (Christian) was so nice and professional. The room was so beautiful, comfortable, and stylish. The hotel and the room gives the vibe of Paris. Can’t wait to come and stay at this hotel again!

The security of the hotel was nice; you either used your key card to get in or had to ring for staff to open the door. The staff that we spoke with were nice and helpful. We had to call and eventually go downstairs because we could not turn the AC on from our room. I lived that it had an elevator, but work luggage, only 1 person could fit, and without, it holds 2 people max. We were on the 5th floor and had drywall propped up outside our door along with mattresses and other supplies that seemed odd. The location worked well with bus stops, just not as close to the heart of Paris as I thought it was going to be.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Hôtel bien situé, excellent rapport qualité-prix. Très calme, pas de métro tout proche, mais accessible en 5mn à pieds, donc pas de bruit ni de vibrations dues au métro. Literie très confortable, et grand lit même pour une occupation single - ce qui est appréciable ! - salle de bains un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnelle, et petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct.
