Die Nähe zum Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile ist wirklich unschlagbar. Das Personal ist nett. Für einen nicht so langen Aufenthalt okay.

The hotel room had a toilet in the shower area much like a camper trailer but without venting. No shower curtain and cracks in the shower. It was a tight space. The carpet looked very gross. The bed was ok. We did check for bed bugs but we didn’t see any. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator and stairs are very small and rickety. I would recommend to keep looking. The pipes were loud and you could hear people moving about more than usual when staying at hotels.

It is quaint and well kept in an active area. Very close to many amenities and transportation. The washroom is modern. Beds were very comfortable. It was very compact but you only sleep there.

Ok. It's not the Hyatt Regency. But if you're on a small budget, staying in an expensive city like Paris, and want a nice area close to the action, what are you gonna do? It's got a great location, clean sheets & pillows, hot water in shower, a modern TV and a (tiny) lift. Any complaining reviews are unrealistic. The place is totally inexpensive and is great for those not planning on sitting in their room all day. Got a great 8 hrs sleep and fantastic dinner at Mojo, a few doors down. Mojo is a quality restaurant at a great price, too. All, steps away from the Arch of the Triumph. If you're wealthy go pay $350 a night, and I'll still get the same 8 hrs sleep for less than $100 a night.

Convenient, a block and half to the Arc de Triomphe, the metro near. The staff we encounter were especially helpful in giving directions. The room was well situated with large bath. We enjoyed the neighborhood environment with small Servette on same block carrying fresh fruits, etc.

I like the location and the cleaning staff was nice.A week prior to our stay they knew the elevator wasn't working but they still put us in the 6th floor so going up and down is such a pain.Also no hot water on our last day and we were not even inform until we ask about it.

Stanza angusta, muffa sui muri del bagno, spifferi esagerati dalla porta e rumorosa in quanto adiacente all ascensore. Camera priva di spina elettrica per caricare smartphone o altro, bisogna staccare il telefono dell hotel e fare a turno se si è in piu persone.Presenti delle stufette elettriche per il riscaldamento, una in camera e un’altra in bagno. Quest'ultima non utilizzabile per assenza totale di spine elettriche. Bagno piccolissimo, quasi ad incastro, e privo di bidet (vabbe ma questo si poteva immaginare).
