Châtelet is in the centre of Paris, right next to Seine river. The hotel is clean, safe, the room a good size for the price. We got a last-minute deal that was incredible so no complaints here. Location is the best and my giant window in my room was beautiful.

Great location ONLY

No AC, no tea/coffee making facilities or room safe box as described when booking the rooms. Buffet Breakfast was not available due to renovations but gave voucher to use at local boulangerie but limited to 5 items in total and not buffet. They did refund us for the breakfast swiftly.

Great location but needs improvement

Great location but hotel very old fashioned, carpets need changing and general decor improvement. Would absolutely stay in the area again as location was fantastic.

The layout of the hotel is a bit strange and the lobby/stairs had an odd smell but the rooms were well maintained and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

This little hotel was perfect! The French doors that opened to the city streets was magical! The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. I could walk to any and every store for eating or shopping. I will definitely stay here again!

Great stay, one block from the Seine.

Excellent stay in the heart of the city just steps away from the metro and the Seine. We were greeted by nice and helpful people at the front desk every time we arrived or departed. Room was perfect. Would use this property again for sure.
