The Hotel Korner Châtelet offers an affordable stay in a decent neighborhood. The room was incredibly clean and the bed very comfortable. It’s a lively neighborhood so there is a little noise if your room is at the front of the hotel. But overall being close to so much made that worth it. The staff were very friendly and made sure I had an early taxi to get to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, Location. The hotel's location near the Chatelet Metro station in the 1st Arrondissement is super convenient. The Louvre and Notre Dame are blocks away. The easy metro access to Chatelet and Chatelet-des-Halles means you can easily get pretty much anywhere. We paid for the breakfast and found it good, not too fancy but certainly sufficient. The only thing to be aware of is that this hotel shares a wall with the Theater Chatelet. We could very clearly hear the sounds from the rock concert that was going on until 2am on our first night. If you can't sleep with earplugs of earbuds, you may want to check the theatre's ecent schedule.
