Bonjour Xavier,Nous regrettons que votre expérience au sein de notre établissement n’eût pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.Nous souhaitons cependant vous rappeler que le respect des règles est un fondement capital de notre établissement ainsi qu'aux autres de notre groupe. Lors de votre arrivée, vous nous avez fait part de votre requête d'obtenir une facture globale, chose que nous ne pouvons obtenir quand la réservation vient d'Expedia. Mes collègues Susana et Gabriela vous ont expliqué à plusieurs reprises les raisons de ce refus, tout en essayant de joindre l'agence. Votre attitude négative et verbalement agressive fut néanmoins votre réponse à ces efforts. Par la suite, vous nous avez informé avoir joint Expedia de manière à recevoir la facture. Le lendemain ce fut au tour de mon collègue Jean-Marc de subir votre courroux. Malgré le fait que vous connaissiez déjà les règles et la situation, vous avez refait part de votre requête qui à nouveau fut refusée ce à quoi vous avez à nouveau répondu avec colère et insulte.Pour finir, nous avons mis tous les moyens afin que vous ayez les explications nécessaires et pour que vous puissiez recevoir la facture à travers votre site de réservation.Nous comprenons que vous ayez besoin de cette facture, et malgré votre attitude désagréable, et l’agression verbal à l’encontre de nos équipes nous sommes restés à votre écoute, calmes et disponibles.Nous serions ravis et prêts de vous accueillir de nouveau parmi nous dans de meilleures conditions.Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute autre information.Bien à vous,
