Helpful staff when I arrived. Surprisingly no coffee or tea in the room and the wooden stairs can be noisy. However I used it to sleep and I was very busy, so it was ok. Needs better pillows though, for sure! Good district with places to eat and drink, definitely “real” Paris, and that’s a good thing.

The room was cute and clean with windows facing front of building. The neighborhood was very familial creating a warm safe feeling while wandering around exploring....lots of families with children and dogs. There were many delicious places to chose from to eat or drink including the hotel restaurant, which is excellent...food as well as service! And just a quick metro ride to all tourist spots! Would highly recommend!

This is the best hotel. The staff are very helpfully friendly and it has everything you could possibly ask for, if you weren't so bashful. Right next to Picpus metro and surrounded by beautiful classical architecture within a quiet but confident neighbourhood.

I stayed here during the heat wave and I was surprised that the AC in my hotel room was not that strong. Thankfully I had my own portable fans, because without them I would’ve been sweating terribly. Also, I didn’t know it was a walk up. So, if you have bigger baggage just be mindful. The location is really convenient and safe.
