un peu déçu
tout d'abord un accueil agréable et pro (notamment une jeune femme brune qui vous accueille toujours avec un gd sourire c'est TOP. Sinon on est pas du tout sur des prestations d'un 4 étoiles (pas de frigo, pas de plateau courtoisie, une chambre minuscule, un simple portant pour mettre les affaires. On est sur une trés bon 3 étoiles mais pas plus.

We were very disappointed with the room size. The website photos are deceptive. The bedroom and bathroom are very compact.

Hi the room sizes are clearly depicted on the web site and the photos , you can see the space between the bed and wall , you chose the smallest category in the cheapest rate (Non refundable ).we suggest that you read the infos and select the room size that might be bigger , superior rooms for example Instead of just going for the smallest categorythank you however for your comment and have a great day

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The view from the so-called "superior" rooms are horrible. We left the property after 5 minutes and booked another hotel room, in Luxembourg. The 3 star hotel had more amenities than in this one. The picture on Expedia were not accurate and the neighborhood is unsafe.

The room was quite small and the roof was so low that it easily hit the head of people with normal height. The manager was not so nice given that he/she charged 25 euros on an already-worn out bathroom cup.

Hi the Rooms was fine , your kid was yelling all the time and that caused many complaints form the surrounding rooms.your kid broke a porcelaine Tooth brush container , and there is a charge of 25 for replacing the Item and cost of damages and services,it is not for you to appreciate the value and you are held responsible for any damages cause by your kid.have a great day

If you are looking for a hotel with the convenience of Gare Du Nord train station, and the only thing you’re gonna do is sleep there while you go off and explore..well this is your place. If you’re looking at it as a hotel to lounge about and use and pop in frequently…..This area is not a very nice area to do that. It’s a bit over priced for that. Elevator broke while I was in it and was stuck for over an hour. Was offered no compensation for the extraordinary inconvenience. Staff was friendly. Area just too rough for a paris hotel stay.

We had a small but quiet room (no.505), the service from Check in, time during the stay, during breakfast, any help no matter what to ckeck out was more then fantastic! I can really recommend this hotel !!

Better areas
The room was extremely small but very clean and a comfortable bed and good shower The area didn’t seem very safe at all, lots of men hanging about and going to the nearby metro was scary, I definitely wouldn’t recommend females to stay here unless happy to spend money on taxis , which we did. It’s not as close to montmarte advertised The girls on reception were nice but not able to give advice. The card machine only seemed to work sometimes which I thought was quite strange , I’m sure it would have worked for a hotel payment! I wasn’t told there was a 100 euro deposit. When I questioned this I was told it was in the small print but perhaps make it in the large print or even tell the customer this at check in. It was eventually returned to my account after 3 days of checking out Nice enough hotel in wrong are .

Perfection. Impressive.
Low-key, high-end, swank. Quiet hotel in a very lively area. Location couldn’t be more convenient. Thirty second walk to Metro 2 & 4, from Gar du Nord it’s a 4min drive or 10min walk. I could not ask for anything more than the above in Paris. Walk 6min in any direction and can be in +5 distinctly different neighborhoods. 7 min walk to Sacré-Cœur! This is also where you can see the panoramic view of Paris. I went twice. Room had plenty of space, big and comfortable mattress, hardwood floors, cool lighting options, new TV, and above average climate control. It was very warm in winter, even without having the heat turned on. The windows open for fresh air if you want, and the curtains close to be black-out. Cool staff, and they employ many. I’m from Texas and Florida, US. I loved it here.

Good
Entrance area was lovely. Very warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was fine, very basic. The bed was comfortable and clean but it was freezing cold. We just couldn’t get it to warm up, which wasn’t nice because my 2 year old had a really bad cold and cough. We didn’t use any other facilities as arrived late and checked out early. There was bottled water in the room but no coffee making facilities which was disappointing. Luckily the nice lady in reception gave me a cup of warm milk for my daughter :-)

We thank you for your comments , our team is there to help you should you need help programing the temperature in the room , it vcan be adjusted directly from the unit in the room.we do not have a coffee maker nor is it in the description of the room when you reserve , but we have a fully equipped bar and room service should you want a tea or coffee .we thank you for your comments and hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again

Great hotel.
Arrived on the first day to less than impressive service at the front desk. Most staff very kind and helpful, but one or two could do with being a little more friendly or enthusiastic. Was met, initially, with blunt and lazy service at the front desk. However, from there the service only picked up. Other staff extremely kind, room cleaned well, was in top condition when we arrived in it, the air con is great. Could do with better advertisement for the Spa and Fitness Room as we were not aware of them before it was too late. Area around the hotel a little hectic, many on the street attempting to sell stuff to you with an urgent intensity which was a little off-putting, but if you ignore them you’ll generally be ok.
