Focus-Elle Magazine, not in hotel guests!!!
Staff nowhere to be found . Hotel offers limited breakfast, no other meals. Room : tiny (we got the “big” option) . More focused on being “part of Elle Magazine “ than taking care of the actual guests and hotel service overall. For me is a 3star hotel , based on the very poor costumer service and the rooms that have lots of issues (we were without light for sometime bc we were using the iron !!, very poor light inside room , zero suitcase space and no minibar/ amenities.

Schick und zentral gelegen. Gutes Bett (mit zu vielen Kissen, die dann den Boden des kleinen Zimmers blockieren) und schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche ohne Niveauunterschied. Generell zu viele Lichtquellen im Zimmer (Telefon/AC/Sensoren), die mich nachts stören. Den Fernseher musste ich händisch am unteren Rahmen ausschalten, damit nicht ein nerviges Standbild nachts noch mehr Licht erzeugt. Keine Minibar. Safe ist auch nicht für kleine Laptops geeignet. Bei einem weiteren Paris-Aufenthalt werde ich mir lieber ein anderes Hotel aussuchen.

Maison Elle is a gem. It's an intimate, friendly, small hotel with well-appointed rooms and a wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better, being just steps from l"Etoile and a transportation hub both for metro and RER that can get you almost anywhere you want to be in the region.

Excellently located hotel near the arc de triomphe. Room we had was spacious, specially considering what is normal for Paris! Breakfast options are good and staff is very friendly. Would definitely return!

Love the location,very friendly staff, nice little touches like a welcome drink and an honour bar with little treats in the evening. Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast, and many restaurants within a few minutes walking. The room itself is quite nice but has very little space to put your stuff.

No water supplied in room or fridge in our room type. Had to wait until after 3pm despite advertised time to check in. Hard after a long day travelling.

We felt ignored throughout our entire stay - we were barely acknowledged by the staff. The room wasn’t very clean - there was hair in the glasses - but it was well designed and worked well. The area was great.

Style hotel geweldig maar kamer is niet praktisch
Sfeer /style van kamer was goed: bed was goed Praktisch zijn er wat puntjes: alle knoppen hebben hotelschakeling met elkaar: na 4 dagen geen idee hoe sommige lampen wel/ niet aan - en uitgaan. Het is ook alles uit of alles aan! Ook (te) veel lampen voor de ruimte Een klein pedaalemmertje van 10 liter in de kamer: stond elke dag open met afval. Hele leuke hutkofferkast als kast maar niet praktisch: hang alleen geschikt om een trui op te hangen: een jurk zou te lang zijn. Stoffen daybed op kamer vol met vlekken. Glazen deur van douche sloot niet goed doordat strip onder de deur niet goed was geplaatst: na 1x douchen gemeld maar niks aan gedaan daardoor stond badkamer elke keer blank! Regenshower maar veel van de “gaatjes” hadden kalk. Te weinig mogelijkheid om handdoek te drogen te hangen zodat je ze nog een keer kan gebruiken. Geen kapstok: jassen maar in badkamer aan de haken gehangen. Tip: neem zelf (nespresso) koffiecupjes mee want je krijgt eenmalig maar 4 (decafe) cupjes.

This hotel was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay which was made extra special by the staff through their friendliness and willingness to help. The breakfast was great and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. It is in a perfect location for the arc de triomphe and champs elysees!

This hotel was just okay, we wish we had gone back to Regence Etoile. It was not the nicest hotel on not the best block.
