Our group had an excellent experience! The place was spotlessly clean, and it smelled wonderfully fresh from the moment we walked in. It came with complete amenities, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable for our stay.
Overall, the apartment provided an enjoyable and relaxing experience for our entire group. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept and welcoming place in Paris.

Apartment was clean, plenty of space for 2 to 4 people as it had 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchen is kind of small and had a small washer/dryer for clothes. The pots and pans available were minimal. The bathroom and the living room was nice.

Clean and well located apartment, we stayed in apartment 1 which is on the ground floor. You will get a warning about noise which is accurate so if you’re a light sleeper. I would avoid this apartment.

Super cute place, great for families, great location. Be aware there are 3 flights of stairs to get to your unit as outlined in the description and then another flight when you get inside. Also, there is no balcony for this unit.

Beautiful location and helpful staff. Our prime consideration had been a kitchen in which we could cook meals -- including a stove and oven. We had these and were able to prepare several meals, but a few extras would have been handy. Sharp knives for one :) Or at least a knife-honing steel so we could hone them up on our own. A small assortment of pots and pans was available and a basic set of cutlery/plates. So we made out okay. Bring your own salt, pepper and any spices you may want to use as well. (Or just pick them up at the store around the corner, as we did). We loved the location and nearby stores, including the boulangerie/patisserie at the end of the block and the wine store immediately beneath us! Very handy.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist 1a - Top! 9 Arrondissement ist einfach eines der besten von Paris. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter von Freundlichkeit und Professionalität geprägt.
Unser Appartement sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.
Großer Haken war für uns jedoch das Bett, dass an eine Schlafmöglichkeit in einem Nachtzug erinnert. Für eine Person gut, aber wie in unserem Fall, 2 große Kerle, absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
Wir hatten gehofft dass Appartment wechseln zu können aber der Wunsch blieb unerfüllt.
Alles in allem eine ordentliche Unterkunft, nur in unserem Fall mit einem etwas fahlem Beigeschmack…egal ob der nicht-Wechsel an dem Vermieter oder Expedia scheiterte.

It was exactly as advertised ! Beautiful . Washing machine . Super comfy bed and the bedding was exceptional. Hot water great air conditioner full size fridge .patios for a lil pic nic or just step out for some fresh air .super safe had to go thru 3 codes to get in felt safe . The towels were abundant and fluffy . 3 minutes from busses n metro. Manager quick with response to any questions.they thought of everything . Garbage bags toilet paper soaps shampoo never ran out in 12 nights stay !. I highly recommend this property slept six spacious we all loved it

Nice set the toilet is separate from the shower, needs more lighting when you walk in the first door

Avoid this place
Described as an ‘apartment on quiet courtyard’, it isn’t. The courtyard is noisy, so is the apartment. People coming in and out make it noisy, people walking up the stairs to the other apartments do as well…The manager sent a warning about this only after I booked and then refused to cancel, so we stayed. There was a storm in Paris, and the property flooded, which they admitted made the property unusable. Still, they only wanted to refund the remaining days of the rental, even though I had to book other accommodation last minute which cost much more per day. The storm was obviously not their fault but my dealings with them before and after were very poor. I cannot recommend booking anything with this property or management company.
