Clean property with friendly staff, good facilities and a good breakfast, the hotel is close to Disney Land Paris and a great place to stay for a stop off before heading on to Disney Land.

For car users only
Stayed to visit Disneyland. It was not far as a distance. But the possible option of transport is very limited and basically this hotel is by car or taxi, public transportation was almost impossible. Breakfast was nice, everything was convenient. Option of restaurant was also very limited outside.

Ne vaut pas le prix demandé ! a fuir.
Habitué de cet hotel, énorme déception ! chambre exclusive comme toujours chere, mais cette fois indigne du prix demandé : 356 € pour 2 nuits avec PDJ + 13 € de taxes ! 5 € d'habitude... c'est d'ailleurs 5 € qui etait annoncé sur le site Hotels.com. L'effet J.O se fait sentir avec une nouvelle taxe regionale additionnelle mobilité, 4€ par nuit. Honteux, mieux vaut changer de dept. sinon : chauffage déficient : mis au max mais ne chauffe presque pas, idem eau de la douche : 5 minutes pour faire enfin arriver l'eau chaude... faut pas etre pressé le matin. PDJ : peu,de choix, patisserie industrielle comme d'hab mais mal cuite... pas de jus d'orange frais...Bref : indigne d'un Novotel aussi cher. Il faut vraiment revoir ça, sans même parler du nombre de cannettes comprises dans le prix, du minibar. Passées de 8 à 6 et maintenant 5 ! Ce qui n'est pas du tout la moyenne des Novotels pour une chambre exclusive, d'habitude : 8 . Je ne parle même pas du restaurant : prohibitif ! Conclusion : changer la Direction qui soigne ses resultats ET changer d'hotel. On avait réservé 4 chambres, prochain séjour en février ailleurs. Les hotels ne manquent pas dans les 10 kms autour.

Bonjour Mr Phillippe M.,Nous sommes désolé de ne pas avoir répondu pleinement à votre demande. En ce qui concerne la taxe de séjour, qui ne nous revient pas et qui est décider auprès de l'ETAT.nous sommes le seul département d' ILE de FRANCE a être bas à 6.50 par personne. Notre réception est ouverte 24h/24h pour répondre à des soucis technique (chauffage, eau chaude…) Pour le petit déjeuner vous avez des personnes pour préparer le jus d'orange frais à la demande.Vous avez une carte de fidélité mais en passant par les sites vous n'avez pas les mêmes tarifs ni surclassement ! Pensez-y pour vos prochains séjours.Nous serions ravis de vous retrouver pour un prochain séjour afin de vous montrer notre qualité d'accueil que vous connaissez bien.

I would advice anyone booking this hotel to check the commute, and if you are not driving your own car it is cheaper to pay for cabs to and from the CDG airport.- otherwise lovely hotel

Lovely hotel.. rooms are pretty small once sofa beds open up.. there was no shower gels I did request this and was told someone was going to get some but never did. Staff was almost non existent. Lifts took forever need more than one. Never saw what was around the area but seemed like was in middle of no where and no free shuttle into Disneyland paris park

Disappointing
Went for a trip to Disneyland Paris with the family. Picked this hotel which was above average rates due to the swimming pool and eating. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We knew it was a seasonal pool, however the pool was under reburb. Kids were really disappointed. The service was rubbish. The hotel ran out of milk (room ones) and we're not re stocking until Monday when we were due to my leave. We requested a few things through room service and we're left hanging. Such a shame when the infrastructure is actually nice.

good place for a restful stopover night
We had a very god stay at the Novotel, which is situated nearby the highway. Room was overall clean, exept one Snail at the toilette ceiling and questionable if the sofa bed was really covered with fresh linnen. Over all for a french and paris scale it was the best option for a stop over and a restful stopover. The hotel complex itself and the garden is very beautiful also the parking space is obviously very save and better than what other cheaper competitors (formule 1) offers.

Check in was 12pm on our booking. We arrived at 1.30pm after a long journey from England but had to wait another half an hour in reception before we could go to our room. Otherwise all else okay.

Wij vonden een echt goed hotel. Echt waar voor je geld. Parkeren was ook al gratis. Ontbijt was echt lekker.

Excellent location, especially because we were going to Disneyland. Breakfast was delicious. The garden with the swimming pool, playground for kids and mini golf creates an holiday atmosphere. Rooms are clean. I definitely recommend it!
