The hotel is great with very excellent breakfast. The reason for not excellent rate is that we stayed there during heat wave and the air conditioning was not working.

Our stay at the Novotel was perfect for the last stage of a 3 week adventure. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and informative. We were given a complimentary drink, complimentary tickets for a boat cruise and they helped with tour/attraction bookings! We had a great stay!!

Clean. Courteous staff, went above and beyond to help us with multiple random requests even getting us the Europe to USA adapters. Good amount of walkable restaurants around. Breakfast was good too specifically their waffle with maple syrup and coffee.

Ok hotel

Staff were very friendly both at check in/out and at breakfast. Breakfast was good. Bed quite hard so not a great sleep plus only one pillow each. Shower cubicle very mouldy and could do with some maintenance but the rest of the room ok. Was around 45 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, near everything. The breakfast is just perfect. The staff is very friendly and we dined twice at the restaurant, it was AMAZING. The steak, the smashed burger… I recommend it and will come back soon.
