Highly recommended for families who want the flexibility of an apartment in a fantastic location. The convenience of the supermarket + multiple metro stations + restaurant scene made our family trip so much easier. The 19th-century building has character and charm. The apartment itself - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. No elevator, but manageable with carry-on luggage only.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The space in apartment was exceptional. Rooms are on a courtyard so sound reverberates, but that's city living. Love the location with easy access to fun cafes and shops. Seems to be very family friendly. Would book again!

Although we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment other than to sleep, we really appreciated having more space than a typical hotel room. With two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining table, and family room, the apartment felt much more like a home and gave our family of four plenty of room to spread out. We felt very safe during our stay. There were two secured doors requiring access codes before reaching the apartment, and the apartment door itself had multiple locks. The apartment was also well equipped with everything we needed for our family of four. We only needed to bring a few personal items, such as conditioner, bar soap, and an adapter for our chargers. As North Americans, we are spoiled by central air conditioning and heating, which the apartment did not have. However, three large fans were provided, and opening the large windows created a breeze throughout the apartment. The apartment was also very quiet, and we all slept well. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the Metro and bus routes. We also tried a couple of local restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed them. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient. The property manager was especially friendly and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and arranging a taxi when we left for the airport.

Fully stocked kitchen. Staff was amazing. The rooms, bathrooms living room and kitchen were all clean. The heater in the second bedroom didnt work but had heat it the living room that worked well and an extra blanket. The washer/dryer stopped working and left our clothes wet which was not good. They provided a bag to put them in.
