The front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially Naomi. However, there seemed to have always been a shortage of wash cloths and to make matters worst, we were advised on one occasion that the property didn’t have any toilet paper, which was quite disappointing for a global brand. While this was a misunderstanding, the Housekeeping Attendant was quite dismissive and didn’t have any desire to safeguard the reputation of her property, which was alarming. Nonetheless we had an amazing experience in Paris and would defiantly recommend this property to others.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and professional, perfect for one night before flying out of CDG. Our suite-style room was perfect for friends traveling together. The breakfast offered a large spread and delicious foods. They also let us store our bags before we could check-in. There isn’t much around the hotel to do, but it’s a quick easy walk to the CDGVal (train shuttle) which can take you to the airport terminal and/or train into Paris. They also offer a van shuttle for 8 Euros.

Expérience moyenne dans un établissement pourtant absolument parfait en tous points. Quel dommage! Période de salon maison et objet, 1 jeune homme au bar pour 100 personnes en salle. Même proportion, voir pire en salle de restaurant. Catastrophe.. Les pauvres, bien qu’adorables et super efficaces, étaient complètement submergés. Idéal pour inciter à choisir l’hôtel d’en face.. OK Hotel
Restaurant only opened for certain hours so getting somewhere to eat in the area is difficult. The hotel has a area where you can purchase limited food items. Comfort is expected from American style hotel. Driveway very narrow and interconnects with adjacent Courtyard hotel. Need a designated area for parking with registering and unloading.

Instead of travelling to the airport from central Paris the day of our flight home out of Charles De Gaulle we decided to spend the night before our flight at the Residence Inn, We were glad we did, we had a relaxing evening at the hotel and enjoyed the spacious room. The day of our flight we walked with our bags to the free airport tram station and took it to our terminal.

The staff at the Kitchen & Bar were extremely competent and very friendly. The French onion soup was delicious. You can take the tram from the airport and with some walking it takes about 20/30 min. However, you may find this tiring, as we did, and decide to take the hotel shuttle for 25 eur or Uber for 8 eur. That would make it a lot easier. Also, the airport signage was not very good for the tram. Very convenient hotel. There are about 6 in the same area.

Good stay
More difficult than I thought it would be to access from airport. Fewer services than I expected (I’m told Marriott intends Residence to be that way. Attached Courtyard was more hotel-like.) Room clean and efficient, bed fabulous. Pay-for shuttle hourly to (but not from) airport. Went to INNside for dinner. More inviting common spaces there.

Very convenient to CDG. Spacious suite. Staff super helpful in arranging a shuttle to accommodate oversized luggage. Good variety at breakfast. Would stay again.

The staff was super friendly. Check in was easy. Very convenient to the airport. The shuttle service was non existent but it was an easy walk to the terminal entrance. We were told the shuttle comes every hour on the half hour so we waited from 6:20am until 6:40 and no shuttle came. But other than that the room was very clean and nice and had every amenity we needed. There was a nice outdoor gym area and indoor gym but we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was included and had a lot of great options. Dinner was also very good and the drinks were decent

We had a very early morning flight. Room was very comfortable. Easy walk to the airport train which goes to the terminals. Restaurant on premise is convenient and the food is good. We had dinner. We did not have time for breakfast.

When we checked in we were told we were moved to Courtyard Marriott next door since the room was not available. They just said it was not safe for us to stay there. When I got home I saw an over $100 charge. It could be for the breakfast? Breakfast should have been free at Residence Inn. I still need to call and find out.

The AC was not working in the room and you could not open the window. After complaining 2 times, someone brought us a dirty dusty fan. With my allergy to dust, this made it worse. I could not sleep at all. To add to this, the shower drain was clogged. My wife has to stop taking her shower because the water was going directly to the bathroom floor.

Do not stay here! If you survive the ridiculous light switches you’re in for pure hell trying to work the thermostat. It is so absurdly over complicated it must have been designed by Kafka. The joke is on you when the manager tells you they did that to save energy even though the building is almost new and has no solar panels. If you haven’t slit your wrists by this time you can easily end it all by stepping into the slipperiest shower in Europe. Please be very careful if you’re unfortunate enough to have to stay there.
