The staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. The guestroom is clean. There is a restaurant for university students. You can eat lunch(11€) or dinner(11€) there with booking in advance. I forgot to book beforehand sometimes, but the staff at front desk was very kind for me to ask the chef and then I got my dinner. I am very grateful. The hotel is near RER station (Fontenay-aux-Roses). Within 2-minute walk, you can reach the hotel from the exit of RER station.

Nice price for the room and easy 25m ride to Paris

Great place to stay just outside of Paris. RER station literally across the street (2 min walk from room). This is Zone 3 so you do have to pay slightly higher fares but it was worth it for us. They also have gated parking so it was great for us as we drove in. The hotel rooms were probably in a converter building that is part of a chapel. But it was clean so we had a comfortable stay here. Breakfast was included BUT it was VERY minimal (bread, jam/spread, milk, cereal and yogurt). Breakfast also closes at 8.45am which we thought was too early. And they regularly run out of things. So breakfast not really worth it but since its free won't mind too much. Also, bathrooms didn't have an exhaust and since they had a bit of a smell when we checked in that was a little uncomfortable. And that was weird as the bathrooms were clean otherwise just the smell. Wish they half an exhaust. No iron or iron board was provided. And checking closes at 9pm so we barely made it in time as we were driving from Geneva.

More than adequate

We only stayed 2 nights in a room advertised as 4 twin beds. Despite the 4th bed actually being a camp bed the room was comfortable with AC and a decent shower. The minibar in the room had soft drinks at a very reasonable price which was handy. Breakfast was limited but adequate. The nearest train station is just outside so getting into the centre of Paris is extremely easy. My only concern was that during booking it said that there is no late check in, if you miss it then you won’t be able to check in until the following day. We drove to Paris from Bordeaux and hit a lot of traffic, we made it with half an hour to spare so thankfully didn’t have to deal with the possibility of having nowhere to sleep.

Sure.

Great location, close to the train . Great sevice except for housekeeping. Caught some bedbites. Beds are very creeky, so come with earplugs. Wonderful cafeteria staff and complimentary continental breakfast.

Rooms were Good but not breakfast

The rooms were good but the breakfast was quite bad. They even didn't have the cup for tea. I asked them to give us a cup and they didn't give and suggested to use the bowl :(.

Accommodatie heel goed bereikbaar met metrotram. Goed restaurant ligt tegenover accommodatie en station. Rustige plek net onder het drukke Parijs. Voorzieningen zijn eenvoudig, maar meer heb je eigenlijk niet nodig.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Accueil très sympathique et rapide Chambre propre avec équipement simple: lit confortable , armoires de rangement , 2 serviettes, 1 petit savon. Pour info il est possible de manger matin, midi et soir dans cette cité universitaire ( sur réservation) Bien situé juste à coté du RER et d'une brasserie. pour 30€ la nuit avec le petit dej ,on ne peut pas demander mieux !

Lindo y tranquilo lugar

Todo muy bien, son muy amables. Aunque se encuentra muy lejos del centro de París, el barrio es muy lindo; junto está la estación del tren. Hay un enorme y hermoso parque a algunas cuadras (Sceaux).

Overall Pleasant Stay

Good value for the price. But must check in by 9 pm so no late check-in. It did have an unpleasant oder but the breakfast was delicious and the property was secure. The access to the metro is also great!

Een nette maar geen luxe accommodatie, De ligging is wel goed, direct bij een RER station. Je bent binnen 25 minuten hartje Parijs. Het ontbijt is Frans, dus geen uitgebreid buffet, maar wle genoeg.

For the price, it was good! Quiet and calm area at night. No air conditioning, but that was no big deal since I only spent the nights there. Its only about 40 away from Paris. The metro station is literally next to the residence, so that helped. I would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep at night. Streets are clean
