The room is big, clean and tidy! Close to RER. There are Restaurant and supermarket nearby. Staffs are very helpful

Clean and tidy! Close to RER
The service is excellent. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is great, very close to RER station. Room is big, clean and tidy, enough for 2ppl. We have extended 2days in this hotel :)

ecnomic , comfotable but a litte bit far
I was the first time in Paris ,and took really a long time to find the hotel. hier is some hints :you can take the RERB at the TGV airport , and you can change the RERC at the station "Saint-Michel Norte Dame". Please get off the the station "Grésillons" , choose exit 2, cross the road, pass the bus station than direct turn right, at the end of the street, turn right, walk along with the curve, than you can find the hotel. the people there are very nice, and the deparment hat the small kictchen itself, you can buy the the needed things in the surpermarket nearby the hotel and cook them by your self. in one word, I think this would be a better choice for you during your travlling, especially for a family !

We chose Resihome for the great location and easy access to the metro for our sightseeing days of our trip! The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived a bit early for check in and allowed us to store our luggage while we went down the street to the market and for coffee until the room was ready.

Hôtel très propre et très agréable . La chambre spacieuse , propreté rien à dire nous avons très bien dormi . Le petit déjeuné très bien présenté et du choix. Vraiment pas déçu .

Elevator was not working for 5 days of out of six day stay. Neither was my safe which I asked staff to fix and it wasn't looked at. Asked for my room to be cleaned and at first staff told that that they wouldn't but did after the 4th day. Area was OK. Amenities in the area decent. Subway and bus lines a 5 minute walk away. Room size was decent and comfortable for 1 person 2 would be tight. Bed softness was good. Good value for money. Would stay again with the brand but try another location.

There is no cleaning if your stay is not for a week. No towel changes. Utensils are gracy. The front desk guy is really helpful all though.

Good location, everything needed for stay
We had almoast everything we nedded. An appartement where to rest during night as all we did was seing Paris. Neighborhood was OK, a large carfoure supermarket 7 minūtes from the building, some playgrounds nearby. Easy getring into paris with RER train. Though it could be better if the bedside lamps would work in one of the rooms. Also it was a little dark in the rooms but that s only because there were greenery outside. The really bad part was the POS wasnt working for atleast 3 days so couldnt pay with card which was quite inconvenient as we ended up needing to withdraw a large sum of money to pay by cash. Not a good feeling to go around with 1.5k in cash. I can understand bad things happen, hope it will be solved as it was OK place.

Problème de douche car l’âge de salle de bain cassé. Le dessous de lit plein de poussière. Soit disant impossible de régler par carte j’ai du insister pendant trois jours pour régler par car soit disant le tpe ne marchais bizarrement j’ai réussi moi même à le faire marcher et j’ai du montré à l’employer comment il fonctionne. Pas d’eau chaud de 22h à 8h du matin fin impossible de prendre une douche de plus les employer très désagréable face à cette situation. On a enchaîné avec que des problèmes et pour finir il ne veulent ou ne peuvent ne fournir une facture!!!

Bon établissement
Séjour régulier dans cet hotel. Très bon accueil et il est bien placé pour mes déplacements. Certaines chambres ont été refaite, mais d'autres commence à vieillir.
