房間很新很乾淨,空間大,空調也夠涼.我們的房間面對鐵軌,但噪音不大,沒有太大影響.飯店在火車RER的Rosa park站旁邊,走路兩分鐘,到巴黎東站和北站分別為一站到兩站.但去的時候巴黎北站的RER E線在維修,本來想藉由RER往返機場就很不順利.進入市區後來還是比較常搭捷運M 7線,捷運站離飯店不到10分鐘,沿路有多家超市和餐廳.雖然飯店不在市中心,但還算方便.

登記入住手續繁複，登記地點與入住地點離很遠。 門鎖是壞的，不能上鎖。沒有電梯和冷氣機，而且暖爐是壞的，不能打開。枕頭有異味，十分可怕。而且價格比同區的其他酒店貴。完全不能接受這種服務，與價格不乎。不推薦！

We did enjoy our two-week stay here!

We did enjoy our two-week stay in this lovely hotel, you got almost everything you need in the room. Free croissants are available at the front dest every morning and the staffs are all friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, close to Gare de Magenta (only one stop to Gare du Nord) and is within walking distance of Parc de la Villette. Safe neighborhood, and supermarkets and restaurants just nearby!

location is good, it is very close to Rosa Parks train station, it is so easy to transfer to other attractions by RER or metro, the studio is cozy, clean, and comfortable, the only problem is the noise from train passing, but it will be fine after 12pm, I will stay here when I come back Paris!

With the price they charged, we were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Spacious room, mini-kitchen with all the basic kitchen utensils (even dishwasher and microwave) and cutlery, close proximity (2-minute walk) to RER station and 10-minute walk to metro station. Self-service laundromat was in the building. Having all these, this place may not be best for everyone. First, it is NOT a full hotel but an apartment-hotel, meaning that room-cleaning would be provided with surcharge. Second, it is located literally next to RER station and the noise would be an issue for certain people. We stayed in this place twice and at the second time the train track was about 50 meters away from our windows but since we live in a big city where noise was almost an non-issue and the train noise did not bother us at all. In fact, this place did a wonderful soundproofing job in the room. We were very happy with both stays in this place.

everything was perfect except for train noise

we stayed for 5 nights, and the train noise was not too loud but if you open the window for some air it is there all the time. was twin bedroom but if you are with a double bed might be quieter.

Its winter, 3 times I asked reception to adjust the heating. The air con was blowing cold air. Ot was so cold! The Bathroom heated handrail was the warmest room. I actually considered moving the bed in there 😔 The room was clean and had all kitchen items needed.

Great room for a four night stay. Check in was delayed as the staff took their time coming to reception (no explanation was given). However, overall experience was good. Easy to get to places by uber and there were lots of local shops and places to eat. Kitchenette was great with everything that you needed and an ironing room and wash room downstairs! Will stay again!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a small table and kitchenette that were very convenient. The location is excellent—only a short walk from the train station, grocery stores, and a bakery. It’s easy to reach the main attractions in Paris. Excellent value for money.
