以前便宜的時候,服務比較周到
剛入住酒店,在換衣服洗澡,有人敲門,一直回應裡頭有人,他們還是用萬能鎖開了門,聽到我大叫,他們才關門。跟飯店反應這件事,但是都沒有人回應狀況。除了房間床鋪乾淨之外,其他都差評。

Chambre Deluxe réservée via Hôtel.com pour 2 nuits. Nous avons eu l'une des pires chambres de l'hôtel. Une isolation phonique inexistante (couloir et extérieur) avec la chance d'être au dessus de la porte de service. Nous avons donc eu droit à la livraison de linge à 6h du matin et à la livraison des cuisines vers 7h30. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Heureusement le personnel était particulièrement agréable ce qui a sauvé notre séjour en amoureux. Aussi, je ne recommande pas cet établissement ou alors il faut prendre une suite junior, pas moins...

This is my frist time making a review, because its really rthe first time i had so many problems in a hotel. We payed so much money for the stay, and i didnt feel that it was worth it. The cleaning service is not good. The room wasnt clean. They left empty glads bottle of water in the room for days. The staff doesnt manage all the informatiln. Each time they tell you something different. They room key barely works. Everytime we used to get to the room, we saw that it wasnt working and we had to come back to reception to ask for a new one. The room is very very small. Thw bathroom also. The sink wadnt draining the water for the first 3 days and we kept asking to fix it , and it took time for them to come. I also kept my umbrella downstairs at the reception, and when i wanted to go out, and i needed my umbrella, they werent finding it because they gave to another guest. I also bought a lot of cheese to take back home with me , and today in the morning, i went to get them to pack for the airport and i saw that the fridge wasnt working, conclusion: everything went to the garbage!!! In conclusion, i wouldnt stay in this hotel again. Dont recommend

The hotel is in need of refurbishment, I have stayed in Sofitels all around the world and I was surprised that this hotel in Paris had rooms so dated. Very over priced for what was received.

Best Customer Service Ever
We booked the best room in the hotel with a view of the eiffel tower and the room was awesome and very clean and to a high standard. We have visited Paris many times and this was our favorite trip due to the hotel mainly. The staff were extremely friendly and always addressed us professionally by surname every time we saw them. The food was amazing both on the menu, room service and at breakfast time. Then to cap it all off, my wife was feeling very unwell on the last day and they went beyond what we expected by finding us another room we could use for a few hours after checkout time so we could rest some more before having to leave for our flight home. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, we will be returning here for our next stay in Paris.

This was our 3rd stay at the Baltimore and I must admit that the quality of service has improved considerably over the last few years. The Baltimore is our home away from home! This was our first time enjoying the breakfast...what a delightful way to start our day with a delicious hot breakfast and ample buffet options. Of course the location is perfect for travelers who want to be walking distance to all the sites yet located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Can't wait to go back!

Close to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Hotel is clean and nice. Staff is pleasant and welcoming. A few nice cafes along the street. Western Union and GAP store also in the area. Was great for a 3 day stay.

Location is excellent, service is hit and miss in my opinion. Some of the staff were super helpful and willing to jump in which was nice but some other staff seem blazed. The building itself need a refresh it is not in the best of state for a 5 stars hotel. We were lucky to have a balcony and a table/chair outside but we only had 1 chair and most other balcony from what we saw didn't even had chairs or table at all. Would recommend tho as the price/value is good.

Enjoyed our stay 100%
It was a family birthday celebration and we enjoyed our stay with Sofitel completely. The hotel staff is patient and accommodating. The location was superb. We would highly recommend the hotel to families and friends. 非常愉快的住店经历。即使我法语讲不太利落,酒店员工都还是很有耐心,给予了很多的帮助。酒店位置很好,购物都很方便。极力推荐。
