This spacious apartment is located in the 9th arrondissement around the corner from the museum of la vie romantique , in between montmartre, the cabaret moulin rouge, the theater district, the rue des martyrs bistrots and restaurants and the opera district. It is in a pretty haussman style building on the 4th floor with elevator which opens to a picturesque and pedestrian square. At walking distance , several metro lines nearby ( 2 and 13 ) and a large number of bus stops reaching the whole paris ( 68, 95 and 80 ). Around the block you will find all the necessary fresh food shops, a baker and a couple of supermarkets.

The location is safe and convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance to Montmartre and Opera.

It is composed of living room, a dining room a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, two bedrooms ( one queen bed and one double bed) , a full bathroom and a separate toilet.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi, free cable TV and air conditioning.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 200pm.

Great apartment near metro and restaurants

Very spacious apartment with 1.5 baths and air conditioning. 4th floor apartment, but with an elevator. Located across the street from a park, and in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Less than two blocks from metro station. Kitchen was a little tight, but we only used it to make coffee and snacks.

Family Friendly Neighborhood

This apartment in the 9th Arr was perfect for our family of four. My daughters are 5 and 10 and the neighborhood suited our needs. We were quietly tucked in on the 4th floor and the apartment was in a great location. The playground in the square outside our apartment was just right for my five year old and we loved hearing the children play during the day. It felt like we were truly living in Paris. The metro Place de Clichy was so close and convenient. We were able to take it to the Louvre and the Jardin du Dragon. Also, walking distance to Sacre Couer and Montmatre dining which we loved. The apartment had two bathrooms which were clean. And washer and dryer which was also helpful. The cups, glasses and dish-ware were a bit sparse but we made do with what was available. Thank you. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would stay in this VRBO again.

Great stay

Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!

Lovely Apartment in Paris

We loved this place. It was spacious, had a full size washer/dryer and we all loved the decor. It was in a cute neighborhood close to Monmartre. Wonderful spots to dine nearby. A bit further from the main Paris attractions than we would have liked.

Quintessential Parisian Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and light-filled apartment on a charming street corner across from a park. This Montmartre location was perfect for exploring a couple different neighborhoods by foot, but also being removed from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The apartment had everything we needed for our family of four and the host was responsive. It was a hotter week in the city, so having air conditioning was a huge plus, however please note the second bedroom does not have an air conditioner. The large, beautiful windows made up for it though. The elevator was a life saver bringing our luggage up and down. I would stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a real Parisian neighborhood

I loved the roominess of the apartment, the view of the playground in the square below (not to mention the sound of so many happy kids playing), and the location. I’ve stayed in several apartments in both Paris and London, and this one is the best appointed I’ve encountered—art books and guide books galore, CDs, and an amazing kitchen—I don’t think there was a single gadget this one didn’t have. It would be perfect for a long stay.

Lovely Paris Apartment

We traveled to Paris with our two college aged children and we all loved staying at the property. The location was great. You’re close enough to everything, but not in the crowded, frenetic area of Paris. Getting around was easy as there is a bus stop and metro station close by. The Palais Garnier Opéra was a 15 min walk. We were close to the Moulin Rouge, but not too close and felt comfortable walking at any time of the day or night. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful old building with a small cafe next door. Our driver had to show us where the apartment was located as it’s tucked away and some streets are blocked from auto traffic. A key fob allows you to enter the main door and the secondary door (so pay attention when it’s being explained) and a key is used for the apartment door. The home was comfortable and the a/c was nice and cold. It was beautifully decorated with art and books. The place was clean and had a large bathroom and shower that we all shared. There was also a half bath.the beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved our time in Paris and felt like locals staying here. It was wonderful having 2 bedrooms and certainly beat getting tie hotel rooms. It also had an elevator that was nice to send up luggage and to take after a long day of walking. Le Dulcinea cafe is within walking distance and the food was delicious—we ate there twice! We booked a 1st day in Paris tour with Thor Carlsen on Viator that was valuable.

Nice apartment with good Metro access

This well-equipped and nicely furnished apartment is located a block or two from the Place de Clichy Métro station, served by the 2 and 13 lines and usually only one transfer from other Métro lines. It overlooks a small neighborhood park and playground which, in the afternoon, fills with children from the nearby schools. If you're going to have noise, the sound of kids enjoying themselves is much more pleasant than road noise. There are many dining options nearby, and they're accustomed to tourists. We explored the neighborhood options to the south rather than the tourist traps along Bd de Clichy. The apartment is only a few blocks from the Moulin Rouge and the associated red-light district along Bd de Clichy, which initially gave us some concern, but that atmosphere did not intrude into our stay. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a small laundry washer and dryer. There are at least two small grocery stores and a pharmacy within a block and a half. If you're preparing meals in the apartment, consider including one of the local boulangeries and the cheesemonger (a block and a half away) in your shopping--just because you're preparing the food doesn't mean you shouldn't take advantage of the high-quality products offered by local vendors. The wood floors creak, but it's an old building - that's part of the charm. We had a good stay and were glad to have found the apartment.

Beautiful Stay in Paris

I recently travelled to Paris with my mom and sister. It was my mom’s first time leaving North America and I wanted her to truly feel like she was in Europe. This apartment was perfect in achieving exactly that. Spacious, tidy, well supplied. Very Parisian feel. Located across from a quiet park. Close to a metro, grocery store, several restaurants, Montemarte and the famous Moulin Rouge. Has elevator access. We made friends with the owner of the Lebanese restaurant right next door, a very friendly gentleman named Carlos. Be sure to stop at his cafe and tell him the Canadians sent you! Overall a really lovely stay.

Amazing place!

This property is so cute and even bigger in real life. The elevator is such a convenience with big bags and the location is perfect. It overlooks a quiet park right by Moulin Rouge. We also had plenty of towels and fans so the place was well stocked and comfortable for us when we arrived. The only uncomfortable experience was meeting the property manager at check in. He had a hostile attitude and it made us feel agitated right when we got there, it was disappointing to be greeted that way after so much traveling. Aside from that it was overall a very enjoyable apartment.

Lovely Place to Stay

This was a great way to experience living in Paris! One of reasons selected this listing was the Parisian aspects with the furniture, artwork, layout and looking out over a park. Easy to walk most places - so much to explore! Very clean! The cafes below were lovely and very friendly that just added to the overall positive experience! One con, was the door lock. Spent over an hour on the first day locked out with the property management person as the key got stuck. After several million attempts, calling other help the key finally unstuck and we were able to get in. This was an unusual experience and Dana was very apologetic. This did cause some anxiety every time I left and returned to the apartment, Then on the last day, the key was stuck again. We tried different keys and finally called Dana and she came directly to help and provided support. Dana was wonderful as once she was there the key magically opened the door. I really feel the lock needs to be fixed so other guests don't experience the same situation. But overall - the place is wonderful and the property management is very responsive! Thank you for sharing your Paris!
