bien situé mais confort à améliorer

L'appartement est bien situé car proche de la gare et des stations de métros. L'accès est très bien expliqué et facile. Cependant, trop mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique du logement avec la cour de l'immeuble, les 2 petits chauffages d'appoint sont bruyants et insuffisants pour pallier au pb de courants d'air depuis l'extérieur. Les toilettes ne sont séparées du logement adjacent que par une très mince cloison, nous pouvions suivre les conversations du voisin ! de plus le verrou des toilettes ne fonctionnent pas. Il serait nécessaire de poser au moins un film occultant sur les vitrages entre salle de bain et chambre. La possibilité de fermer et de s'isoler serait quand meme préférable. Des cintres sont mis à disposition mais sans penderie ni patère pour y suspendre nos vestes. LE rideau de douche mériterait d'être changer ou nettoyé a minima. Le logement manque de prises électriques notamment au niveau des tables de nuit et les finitions globales ont été un peu rapides. Dommage car le logement a globalement bcq de charme.
