安排住在最在最低層, 廁所燈長期閃, 走廊燈沒人行過也會不停開關, 冷氣每兩分鐘發出怪聲, 酒店職員不願意換房間, 只說房間爆滿,房間隔音差,外面比較嘈吵

Please note that we just had a general check up of AirConditioning system and for now everything works properly without noise. Regarding the room changing, our reception always change the room our clients unless the hotel is fully booked. This place is frighteningly bad. No ac. Under renovation. Rooms so small no place to put bag down. Smelled horrible. Rude and uncooperative staff. $199/ night but at hotel they are $30/ night. Had to leave and find hotel around corner. Absolute rip off. I expect a refund from Expedia

Cosy hotel situated just a short walk from Dupleix Metro Station and the Eiffel Tower. Not all rooms have a view of the tower though. The reception staff were helpful. The area around the hotel has numerous bars, shops and restaurants. The room was quite small but I guess that’s Paris for you!

Værelset var meget lille og lugtede af kloak. Vi fortalte medarbejderen det, og hendes svar var, at hun ikke vidste noget om det, da hun ikke kom op på værelserne og at det var for sent til at fikse. Hun ville sige det videre; men der skete aldrig noget. Det var så klamt.

Es un lugar tranquilo, tiene un restaurante diagonal que se llama pasta del Nonno, donde se come muy bueno y accesible. En la recepción te atienden rápido y muy facil todo. La habitación suelen ser pequeñas pero relativamente cómodas y limpia con todos sus accesorios de baño. Esta como 10 min de la Torre Eiffel y a los alrededores hay muchos restaurantes donde comimos muy rico. El tren está muy cerca. Si volviera, volvería a elegir este hotel. La cama es muy cómoda.

Nice hotel walking distance to Eiffel tour
The hotel is a in a nice area of Paris with easy access to the Eiffel Tour and next to the underground. The hotel itself is ok and its nice to have coffee tea facilities as well as a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The breakfast selection is also good. I was in room which was fine but its bathroom was minute. As I am small I just fitted but for a normal size person might really be a squeeze. The sink tap was also on a funny angle. I was in room 24.

We stayed in the junior suite. The view was fantastic! The suite was very spacious and clean and had all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and were helpful.

Pontos negativos: ao pegar o elevador (que é minúsculo) mal cabe 1 pessoa com malas, Ou vão as malas ou as pessoas, é assustador pois o elevador é revestido de madeira e muito antigo, apresentando nenhuma segurança. Subimos em partes. Até que chegamos no nosso quarto extremamente pequeno, mal tinha lugar para guardar as 2 malas grandes. Não tem frigobar (se vc quer água vc tem que trazer de fora, o hotel não fornece e nao vende). O guarda roupas sem condição de uso pois só dava para 1 pessoa e mal cabiam as roupas. Já no banheiro nao tinha espaço no box para colocar shampo, condicionador, Ficavam jogados no chão e tbm extremamente pequeno. Se a pessoa for mais cheinha não entra no banheiro e box. Café da manhã simples, não tem frutas, poucas opções, só 1 opção de pão. Café de máquina. Como ficamos quase 10 dias praticamente comemos mesma coisa todo dia. Teve um episódio na qual já era 20h onde estávamos deitadas na cama (mãe e filha) e um hóspede do quarto ao lado provavelmente se enganou de quarto, usou seu cartão de acesso e CONSEGUIU ABRIR A NOSSA PORTA. Levamos um susto pois era um homem. A pessoa viu que estava no quarto errado e logo fechou a porta. Ficamos bem assustadas pois percebemos que qlqr um pode abrir qualquer porta prevendo FURTOS, tornando inseguro, sem privacidade. A acústica é horrível do quarto, ouvíamos barulhos do quarto ao lado, de malas andando, pessoas no corredor. Ponto forte localização. Ficamos lá pq já tínhamos pagos com antecedência, n recomend

The rooms are terribly small. We didn't have space to open our luggage unless it was on our bed. Our shower door wouldnt stay closed. It had been repaired but poorly. This hotel could use a good refurbishment. The staff, however, was wonderful. They were extremely helpful in obtaining taxi service and giving directions.

El hotel siempre limpio, las personas que trabajan en el hotel muy amables, pedimos consejos de donde salir a comer o tomar y nos dieron buenos consejos, en general estuvimos bastante agusto en el hotel, el desayuno también fue bueno y nos cuidaron las maletas al irnos para poder tomar las últimas fotos de París.
